Good.
WORST hospital ever. nurses and doctors don’t do anything but sit there and laugh all day. they don’t give proper patient care. some of these doctors probably graduated from a online school, god knows if the doctors are qualified. the medicine has zero effects of improvement, medicine doesn’t even work because the doctors can’t prescribe medication correctly. the first time i visited i had to explain to them the symptoms that they should already known... these people are zero help. can’t do their job. the amount of negligence is beyond disrespectful especially in a hospital. i don’t know how else to explain these doctors and nurses are the worst just look at all the other reviews. this place is rated 2 for a reason. should be lower to be honest. this only lets me give one star but if i could, i’d give 0 no star. i don’t recommend this place.
6 hours waiting. 6 HOURS. My husband and I came in at 8:22pm and it is currently 2:10 and we have YET to get any information from the staff. We have seen several people come and go and get talked to and nothing for us. He has had the IV tube in for about 4 hours and they won’t take it out. This is the absolute worst hospital ever. Please drive the extra time to any other place. We should have drove to Ann Arbor. (Husband came in with slight chest pain and numbness).
Sat in the ER for 5 hours . For absolutely nothing. Definitely one of the worse hospitals ever...
Was refused a doctor to speak to and they simply treated me however they pleased despite my condition
I can't believe after you see the doctor they send you back to the waiting room with iv pole to wait for MRI and ultrasound. This is absolutely ridiculous! I already don't feel well and I have to sit in lobby with other sick people?? That hasn't been seen yet. They don't even have beds only chairs in the ER! What is going on?
I went to the emergency room last night after slipping and falling while I was grocery shopping and waited over 3 hours to be seen, not even to be seen by a doctor either. I was seen by a child nurse, Andy M from the emergency room was unprofessional beyond measure. As I’m explaining what happened to me he started to laugh, I don’t find anything funny about slipping and falling on a knee I’ve had reconstructive knee surgery on. He couldn’t even focus and asked me the same question multiple times as he fidgeted with his Apple Watch texting someone while I’m talking to him. He walked over to the gloves, put some on then walked about 10 feet to take the gloves off and throw them away, he didn’t do anything to examine my pain, or my knee in any way. Very inconsiderate and arrogant for someone working in the medical field. His behavior was very off and very odd, maybe having too much fun in the medicine cabinet at work? Either way, these nurses should be coached on how they talk to people and the lack of professionalism they have.
Treated like a king every single person we came across was very nice and respectful. Good running hospital at least in our area.
This IS THE WORSE HOSPITAL EVER!!!!! This should be where you go to heal and get better but you can't focus on recovery.because or mental pain and meds needed. You gave me Morphine and decided to change it to Oxycodone which is NOTHING like Morphine AT ALL!!!! Because YOU aren't in pain it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to you. Wish you could be in the pain I'm in and maybe things would be different!
Went for a suicide attempt in the beginning of 2021 and they just sent me home with a recommendation of a face to face program that would’ve costed thousands of dollars.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
