Dialysis Care Center Taylor's Online Review Report Card

Update 4 whoever heard of not having a back up machine or a dependable repair person for the machines . My mom was scheduled for 5am on Friday March 15, 2024 to be told she couldn’t run because her machine was broke and they couldn’t get in touch of the repair guy whom suppose to be on call. Out of almost 31 yrs has she not experienced this at all. They have this new clinical manager which she’s not considered new any more but I’m not going to even go there about her non professional no team player self . They also got a nurse that she cool and all but she doesn’t know how to put patients on or take them off or even know how to stick any of the patietns . A Dr thst makes his rounds whenever he’s available. They finally have a steady staff and they are pretty decent but they way they treat them they won’t last long. I’m really getting fed up with this place . They pulled us in with the Doctors being the ones running this company because they care for the people but I can’t tell . Next call is to the city of Taylor to shut this place down if they don’t run this place like it should be ran. Almost $100,000 per chair business they can at least treat it as such and run it with class . I will continue updating this place until somebody put the people first . Update 3 , rate change ! How do you have a facility that doesn’t have back up systems or generators for this type of business that’s ran by Doctors..(not even gone waste my time of talking about the guy who suppose to be the maintenance/repair guy) Now my patience is running thin with this company . Now don’t get me wrong they been ok thus far besides the Clinical Manager is no longer there , we build a relationship with him and now he’s gone. Haven’t met the new Clinical Manager yet! My Mother is my main primary concern and I need to know that she’s in the right hands. So today 9/25/23 the systems down and back home we are , this is her life . Thanks be to God she’s a responsible disciplined woman that takes care of herself but everyone is not on her level. Some don’t understand the importance of taking care of your body while a end stage renal failure patient. So I guess we will see how this play out . This is not the first time that they have not had power. It’s getting old how do you build a brand new building without generators , this is unheard of and not cool at all . Update 2 So far so good my rating is changing they are getting things together so I will change my rate to 4 stars and will keep you posted . UPDATE: why my rating changed . What’s new always not good for you . So I will keep you all updated of this new location. Losing staff I’m taking about good staff plus nurses. This location is a little unstable right now . So we shall see what the next 30 days bring my mom . If they don’t fly this ship right we will be getting out of here . My mom haven’t survived all this time for nothing . Clinical manager needs more managing skills and area manager needs less work load . You can’t be a area manager and a location is going down hill . Set up shop and run this place effectively and efficiently. Thank you ps give these techs raises to stay especially Tommie and Ashley :) So far so good three weeks in and my Mom seems like life has been brought back in her. She’s been on dialysis for 29 yrs and left Fresenius to come to this new location that is ran by Doctors and not a bunch of suits that don’t have a clue or the dynamics to running or dealing with dialysis patients . I will keep you all updated but so far so good my Mom is well please with this new organization. Also loving always on Nurse Johnette who was untimely fired and let go from Fresenius and just happened to be at this new facility. So things all work in divine order.
