Jerome Switch's Online Review Report Card

I had cataract surgery 5 years ago. He talked about everything even things that could happen and the advantaged of up grading a lens even though it cost a little more in the beginning to fix my astigmatism. Was extremely happy after the surgery. Covid messed up my annual checkups. When I got in this past week he told me had a YAG film on the back of my eye that was distorting my vision. It came on slowly so I didn't realize what was happening. He fixed it that day in his office and now what a difference in my sight.

I have been going to this office for a number of years. Everything was great. Until, Dec 2021. The office is very rude and They don't want to answer any questions. If you ask questions about a test, You are a problem. I asked for Dr. Rasansky to call me because I was getting nowhere with the staff. He finally called me, He just kept talking over me and never apologized for his rude Manager. Just kept over talking me. This place is treating patients like they should have no questions. Dr. Rasansky never answered my concerns. They are also, Giving me the run around about giving me a copy of my records. Everyone there tells you something different!

Doctor Switch and his staff are amazing and extremely professional. I was honestly terrified going into the surgery but they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable the whole time. The Doctor is very personable and so are his staff, they really make you feel like you already know them from the first visit. I can see without glasses, a truly life changing experience. Also if anyone is scared like I was the laser eye surgery is painless, theres irritation for a few hours after the meds wore off but I just went to sleep like they said and woke up pain free with no irritation. I truly can’t say enough good things about the Doctor and his staff. Thank You!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Switch for awhile. I recently underwent cataract surgery and could not be happier! He went through the various options for replacement lenses and I’m thrilled with my vision. It’s so good, I can even thread a new with no glasses! He was very attentive and thorough during the surgeries and follow up care. I highly recommend him!

My mother came in for testing and scheduling for cataract surgery on Wednesday. Everyone bent over backwards to get me the documentation needed since she lives in an assisted living. She was also treated with great respect. Thank you to the office of Dr. Switch.

What can I say about Dr Switch,he gives you all the time you need with him, never rushes through appointments yet while he's with other patients you never feel ignored. His staff is friendly. My hubby had eye surgery by him...sucessful! Ok I have to admit...I have a bit of a crush.😉

Dr Switch has a great manner with everyone. He replaced lenses in both my eyes, did a great job and I was scared to death but he got me calm enough to do the surgery. Dr Switch is an awesome doctor.

Doctor Switch is the best doctor I have seen in years. He really cates about his patients and is very knowledgeable. I feel totally at ease in his care. I had eye surgery for Cataracts and eye sight and both were 100% on the money. Thank you Doctor Switch. Many of my friends are his patients and they feel the same.

At the bedside manner of a jackass

Absolutely top rate eye surgeon !! I had both my cataracts replaced and it went flawlessly. Dr. Switch has a fantastic bed side manner with patients and is extremely competent.
