List of Julie Reno's Reviews
Made me feel comfortable. Very informative listens to patients. Executed the problem with my eye. I've noticed the difference in first few hours. Thank you
I have been seeing Dr. Reno for over ten years. She is a first-rate doctor of ophthalmology. She is thorough in her testing, and her office sends you appointment reminders in a timely fashion. I credit Dr. Reno with preserving my eyesight, as I have glaucoma, and a surgery by a prior physician was only partially successful. Dr. Reno is a very pleasant, lively woman, someone who always takes ...
What a delightful experience to be treated like you matter. Honest, professional and highly recommend to anyone with eye sight issues.
She is a wonderful and very knowledgable doctor. I highly recommend her.
Professional and thorough. I've been going here now for a few years and always feel confident that I had a complete exam. The clinic is always clean and pleasing to the eye with beautiful artwork all over. Has a TV, lots of magazines and free wifi. I don't think you will be disappointed at all, I sure wasn't .
I have been a patient of Dr. Thomases for several years now I was into see her recently before she moves to Utah and I was basically accused of Dr. shopping after having A major dental surgery, A very prominent oral surgeon had prescribe me pain meds to aid after my surgery and she refused to refill my prescription because I did not contact her of this surgery last time I checked she was a rheumatologist not an oral surgeon In my years of visits she has never told me I was to contact her for any other medical issues I may or have had other than rheumatoid arthritis thanks for leaving me hanging Dr. Thomas A simple phone call to the surgeon in question Would have verified this I believe she is more concerned about her well being then her patients in pain .
I used to love Dr Thomas but when my status changed from my private insurance to workers compensation Dr Thomas dropped me as a patient like a hot rock and I was told that I would have to go somewhere else. I have just been diagnosed with a unusual form of lupus and need immuno suppression treatment due to my throat swelling shut. After being a patient of Dr. Thomas for over 2 years and being dumped because of change of insurance status beyond my control to me is almost criminal. Whatever happened to the hypicratic oath? Now I cannot find a single rheumatologist to take me as a new patient and my comdition gets worse daily without treatment. If I could give a zero rating at I would.
Very knowledgable and caring, listens to your concerns. Is available if I have a question, and calls back the same day.
Dr Thomas is wonderful. Her office staff is a whole different issue. I have been lied to, had my appts cancelled (the night before my appt they cancel, then no appt is available to reschedule for 3 months). They do not fax lab orders or rxs when they say they will. All in all it is very stressful to deal with them. As much as I love and admire Dr Thomas, I am seriously considering switching to another rheumatologist just so I don't have to be jerked around by the office staff. I complained in 2012 but things have gotten progressively worse.
very knowledgable and listens to compants. Her staff is very helpful and The Dr is always on time. We don't wait for a long time in the exam room, she is very frendly and understands

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
