Horrible customer service. Woman on the phone I have talked to three times has a bad attitude each time, dr al ansari isn’t up to date on billing either no credit cards. Also had a kidney stone which took three procedures to get taken care of no communication between dr and nurses was sent home without pain meds and wasn’t told that my second procedure which was outpatient wasn’t successful. A simple procedure which should’ve taken a day ended with me in and out of the hospital for two weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND. BE AWARE.

office manager/ receptionist or whomever it is that answers the phones needs to reconsider her position and perhaps look for a new job, we will not be following up with Doctor . I called to make appointment for my dad need an appointment soon as possible I simply request he see if she can squeeze him in since he really needs to see doctor and she start yelling and screaming on me over the phone and Hangup on me . She needs to look for another job seems like she have some personal problems that she brought in to work . Still no appointment yet .

Top shelf in care for his patients. I was told 6 months to a year with cancer, this Doctor was a major part of my care team 11 years later I’m still here and I thank the Lord this Doctor is to

office manager/ receptionist or whomever it is that answers the phones needs to reconsider her position and perhaps look for a new job, we will not be following up with this dr. called monday for an appointment to schedule a stent removal surgery and never got a call back. called tuesday, got attitude because she said she would call us back...oh and she apologized for being rude (shes going thru some personal things,)well thursday rolls around and still no appointment no callback or anything. so I call and am told shes still waiting on a preapproval. preapproval to take something out that they put in... I call insurance, no preapproval is needed and they recommend a new dr because they too encountered the rude lady on the phone...finally got on the surgery board at the hospital and dont have to deal with her anymore!

Doctor repeatedly paged for problems after surgery. Never answered 5 pages from answering service. They told me to call hospital operator and have them page. I was informed that no one was covering for the doctor & I should try to contact hospital surgical resident. They were not any help and I went to emergency room. Also the office receptionist-manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. Refused to give message to doctor for a question. She just stated that the doctor does this and he never orders antibiotics over phone for bladder infection symptoms. Refused to call the pharmacy to reorder prostate meds because she said she already did but the pharmacy stated they never received the med order. My wife is a nurse over 35 yrs and she completely refuses to have me go to this doctor again.
