Park Place Family Practice & Internal Medicine's Online Review Report Card

Been going here for years now. Always professional and accommodating. I never went to the doctors most of my life but was referred by a friend and been here ever since. Now recently my wife goes here post cancer. She also has a good experience. Easy to make appointments. Never really have to wait and never had a bad experience.

Leah Ambrose is great. The problem is the over scheduling of appointments not needed. 3 appointment in 2 months. Didn't need refills at the time of either appointment although I was asked if I did. Called for refill within 30 days from seeing and was told need an appointment for a refill. Something not right here.

Rubina Ahmed, MD, was the most rude and condescending doctor I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, My mother went in by herself and came back upset and stating she felt pushed aside and not heard. Her next appointment I come along to see why, and I was shocked to see the levels of unprofessional incompetence on display. They were unbelievably condescending to their patients for not having the precise information that WE HAD ALREADY CALLED PRIOR TO PROVIDE, when you bring this fact up after dealing with the condescension while you're sick they magically see that the other clinic failed to send the information over (hopefully this clinic didn't just forget to request the information and chose to be rude for no reason because of their lack of competence.) After dealing with nothing but rudeness and their lack of professionality they try to convince us not to get up and leave. All the while still being condescending saying "You guys get upset easily!" While having a medical situation on hand and not having our concerns properly addressed. After reluctantly staying all they give us is vitamin d pills and their best "we don't know" The OTHER doctor we HAD to go to ACTUALLY listened to our concerns and effectively in a timely manner diagnosed that the patient is in the early stages of a lifelong disease. So if you feel sick, or are elderly, or just want your concerns to be properly heard and addressed, I cannot recommend going anywhere else more strongly. How are you going to be a doctor and then be rude? We all have hard days but we all have to do our job and deal with humans in a respectable manner, If you can't handle stressful situations, don't work in the medical fields where people's lives depend on your mental acuity. Also, sixth graders taking their first Spanish classes know more conversational Spanish than these people do, and at least the students don't proclaim on their work site that they are able to communicate well in a language they can't.

If you want a doctor's office that cares about you, definitely don't go here, I got a call maybe 25 minutes before my appointment for a "confirmation" and when i got there my appointment was canceled at the window because 20 mins wasn't early enough to fill out paper work they need 30. I was already started on my paper work when they canceled me, my mom offered to fill out the paper work while they seen me so it wouldn't "set them back over 45 mins" and was told "no" I took a day off work and waited 3 weeks to get told they could see me in another month, very rude manager, absolutely no sympathy for the amount of pain im in, definitely was not the kind of lady i would have wanted taking care of me anyway judging by how she presented herself, I hope nobody ever goes here.

This place is a joke staff is rude I would not recommend this place at all!.

He is such a tremendous doctor! I’ve been going to him for 8 years and he’s more like family! He cares so much about his patients and gives the best advice about living such a prosperous life! I recommend him to everyone that’s comes into my path! I’m blessed to have such a compassionate doctor like him!

Have been my parents doctors for years. They have big city expertise with small town family like treatment. Truly family! The staff is amazing as well.
