If you want your loved one to be neglected and eventually die send them here. Do not send your loved ones here especially if they are old they will neglect them and let them die. This place should be shut down. Dont believe these 5 star reviews.

Words can not express how grateful I am to everyone at this facility. I just HAVE to mention them all. Christine RT, Brandi PT, Carolina, Brianna, Samantha, Sal, Elijah, Traci, Precious, Megan, Rachael, Rachel,Christie (Dietician) Morgan, Melissa, Lacey, Diane, Hugh, Celesta and Dr. Katrib. Every single one of you played a huge role in my recovery and i can not thank you enough, you were more like family to me, not caregivers. I will be back one day, walking, and i will bring pizza!! Rachael Fritz was an amazing patient ambassador to my nephew, Scot during his stay at Vibra hospital. She made it possible for me to have video chats with him, which was a God sent! I live 4 hours away so I couldn't visit him alot. I appreciate Rachael so much! She even offered to come in after her shift if I needed a later video chat! Now that's going above and beyond!! The nurses and Doctors I met were also very nice and everyone seemed very helpful. Thank you all for taking such good care of my nephew. Your all 😇😇 angels!!

during my stay at vibra I really appreciate the aids they did amazing job with my care. Carloina and shavonne was one of the aids that went above and beyond for me. Thank for everything 😊

Vibra weaned my mother off the ventilator post covid. Prior to Vibra we were discussing palliative care. My mom is home now and getting stronger every day. I attribute this to the high quality care she received at Vibra Taylor. Special thanks to Celeste Washington in social work. She followed through on everything I asked her to do and even things I didn’t know were an option. She kept me updated on everything that was going on with my mother and even helped me with some legal components. All her nurses would call me daily and give updates! I can’t say enough about Lacy and Christine in respiratory! Techs Carolina, Megan are top tier (all were). Abby the unit clerk was always helpful, kind and accommodating. Brandy and the therapy team kept me updated on her progress. The dietician would always answer my questions and consider my suggestions. I highly recommend Vibra when your love one needs a little more time to heal.

My cousin Melissa has been a patient there since late December. Although I live in Florida and haven’t been able to visit her, I will say that everyone that I have spoken to has been outstanding. One person that goes above and beyond for us was Rachael (patient ambassador) She is so patient, and pleasant and never rush us or make us feel like she didn’t have time. I have been in healthcare management (food and EVS) most of my career I understand the pressure. Melissa always raves about Rachael as well as some others like Diane and Lacey from Respratory and Brianna the PCT. (Sorry if I missed anyone, she loves you all) It would be wrong for me not to mention her care there. I am very impressed with the progress that Melissa has made in a short time. THANK YOU ALL! Melissa has not had one bad thing to say and it’s wonderful to see her so happy every time we FaceTime with her. Please accept our sincere THANKS!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL! Tom and Cathy Schafer
