Spenser Brittain's Online Review Report Card

Literally got told my contacts would be there in 2 or 3 days when I asked if it would be around a week now imntold they won't even ship out for a week what a joke. Then has an appt set up for a few days out that is absolutely pointless because there's no contacts to even examine to see if there good or not. Lol going to Def explore other eye doctors in the future

Doctor didn't check what insurance covered/what I was comfortable with during exam. Got charged for a contact lens fitting (not covered by insurance) for the same brand and prescription of contacts that I already own. He threw out the contacts that I was currently wearing (they were monthly lenses that were less than a month old, and my prescription hadn't changed so it seemed unnecessary). Doctor also took old contacts out/put new ones in my eyes for me without warning - not sure if that is normal practice, but at the very least, I'd like to know what is being done. I personally wasn't a fan of their process for picking out glasses either, where someone pulls the glasses for you and has you sit down to try them. I'd much prefer to look on my own and ask questions if necessary.

Awesome Place Dr. Brittain gave me the most thorough eye exam I have EVER received and I have been to many many Optometrist in the 46 years I've been wearing glasses. The entire staff was very nice and helpful but I absolutely must give a huge shout out to Rob who fitted me for my glasses he gave me absolute stellar service I highly highly recommend Premier Vision if your looking for a truly exceptional experience in eye care!!! Thank You again Dr. Brittain and special thanks to Rob the two of you are why I will 100% be back and will recommend Premier Vision to all my Friends and Family if I could have given a 10 rating then you guys would have Definitely been given a 10 this place is Spot On with Premium Eye Care

I liked him the first time we went, however my son broke his glasses recently. We are an extremely high risk family. I asked if the doctor would wear a mask, and they said no. We are going elsewhere. Any doctor who cannot make a concession for a disabled/ high risk patient, is not a good doctor in my opinion.

So happy with my first visit!!!! Dr. Brittain is very efficient and an excellent eye doctor! He answered all my questions, gave me suggestions to help with other eye issues, made me feel comfortable, and moved quickly without making me feel rushed. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Premier Vision and look forward to future visits.

Great team all around awesome best experience I've ever had at an eye appointment really friendly and the doctor did a great job explaining and teaching me on things I had no idea about i never really had a primary eye doctor but I definitely do now
