List of Three Rivers Health Pain Management Center's Reviews
I have been going to this clinic since they opened. Which I will say, it was a rough go at FIRST... however I was never mistreated. I have been getting injections by Dr. Landrum which really does relieve my lower back pain. The staff has been nothing but caring and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Love them all.Could not be more satisfied.
I'm getting ready to seek out a pain management clinic where I can go and receive treatment for my chronic pain throughout my whole body but after reading the reviews on here. I'm not evening going to waisted my time even calling them!!!Too many bad reviews
This place does nothing more than defraud medicare. If you've been victimized by this clinic please take the time to report it so we can get them shut down.
Orlando Lundrum should have his license to practice revoked. In Indiana he's flipping his chronic pain patients morphine and percocet. At the Three Rivers clinic he's giving chronic pain patients steroids! If you explain to him how his Michigan Steroid treatment for chronic pain doesn't work he labels you a drug attack. Doctor Orlando Lundrum is 100% garbage and should be held accountable for his lies.
Was referred here from a primary care physician for a 2nd opinion on debilitating back/spinal pain. Not aware at the time of referral that they just opened this clinic.I wondered what was going on with my first visit, it looked like a 3rd world doctors office. It smelled horrible and was a mess, they pushed stuff out of the way to have a small office and a couple of patient rooms. I was charged for a service they didn't do and was delayed a procedure due to incompetence with regards to the nurses/office employees.Dr. talked a good show but was totally inattentive in helping lower my pain, and he was more interested in chatting with his subordinates. After 5 visits with 4 of them having to submit to a urine test and 1 procedure I decided I was just going to be thought of as a drug seeker, even though I didn't get but one perscription of steroidal regimen.I believe cause of me wanting a 2nd opinion (which my primary suggested) I was not going to be able to get professional care, and they were hoping for any reason to dismiss me as a patient. (That's why all the urine tests)I guess it's more of does the Dr. really want to try to solve a difficult issue or only want to work with an easy diagnosis.I'm not a drug seeker and am on record of wanting to reduce pain meds and or refuse pain meds previously, my user name was for playing a game and I don't know how to change it. It doesn't reflect my stand on medicinal marijuana, I believe it may help with certain issues like nausea or glaucoma but doesn't work for pain PERIOD.The crazy environment on anti Opioids and Marijuana doesn't help people suffering from ailments that the greatest country in the world's Medical community can't solve and you'll know that as fact the more your involved with it.In closing I wouldn't come to this clinic if I were you, find one in Kalamazoo or another community.
Wow! I haven’t actually been to this practice but based on the reviews I never will attempt to (I suffer from chronic pain and am looking for a new pain clinic to help me manage). I’ve had enough of doctors who don’t care and let you suffer even more when they could actually help you. It’s beyond extremely discouraging when a person could actually help you but doesn’t. It’s despair beyond despair.
My name is Travis Shaw and I honestly don't expect to hear back as we are not people just dollars. See another pain management Dr. At all cost if possible. I have multiple issues plus back issues that include scoliosis, kyphosis, spinal stenosis and kyphosis. I was scheduled a procedure which insurance denied at first he was at least handling the pain sorta. That was Oct. On November 17th I was in a car accident. 55 and a car pulled out in front of me I ended up in a ditch stepped out the car and my phone went in the water in a ditch, was ruined I was hurt didn't leave the house for over a month. In that time insurance approved it and they tried to call well my phone was broke and I hadn't left the house as I was in horrible pain. Well they terminated my contract I received a letter saying that they would he give me one more month of care well he lied. And since the contract was terminated other Dr. Are scared to prescribe meds. All in all he wouldn't even meet with me to talk with me about it. Go somewhere else and see a man that will pay attention to you. Make eye contact. I also know at least one of the nurses there thought I mistreated by him.
I had to switch from Sturgis pain management because it was unfortunately closed down. The doctor and staff in Sturgis were wonderful where as here in Three rivers the Doctor could care less if you are dying of pain. I have DDD, Spinal Stenosis, Bone spurs ,Sciatica and Arthritis and he told me he didnt know why I was coming there. I have been out of work for 2 years from my condition even! I miss my old doctor and friendly trusting staff from Sturgis this place is a joke and will do nothing for you. This doctor has made no effort to get to know me or make me feel comfortable what so ever. He has bashed my old pain doctor whom wich I was quite fond of and who helped me a ton. What a shame. I am left not knowing where to turn now. That's my experience.
I am very disappointed in this office. I was sent a letter from them stating I could begin seeing them since the Sturgis office was dismantled due to malpractice. I had high hopes for this new office. The doctors are very personable and enjoyable. But that's about the nicest thing I can say about it. I was written a script for a power wheelchair in January. In February I had the face to face assessment. The documentation necessary was so subpar that it was not even submittable to Medicare. I had to make an appointment with my primary care physician to have her do the assessment and she did a wonderful job. I just left my physical therapists office and was told that the pain clinic who had ordered physical therapy for me would not even sign off on the first 10 visits and told NovaCare in Sturgis to go to my primary care physician for continued approval. As chronic pain sufferers we are made to jump through hoops for pain medication we are accused of abusing. However I receive and desire no pain medication but rather opt for medical marijuana. Medical marijuana has been proven to be effective for adult chronic pain but this pain clinic will not even broach the subject. They do not want to prescribe medications that will allow us to be functional and continue working and having some semblance of a quality of life but also will not address alternatives. I will not travel to and pay for office visits at a clinic that will not even approve the physical therapy that they themselves ordered. Nor will I go to and pay for office visits with a clinic that is not even able to fill out Medicare paperwork satisfactorily. If I have to go to my PCP to fix what the pain clinic messes up then why go to the pain clinic?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
