I had high hopes going into my appointment at Great Lakes Orthopaedic Center in Traverse City for the first time. I was pretty disappointed when the Dr. told me the x-ray showed there was nothing wrong with my back, he said I could do therapy/shots and needed to stand up straight to take care of the pain! He said I didn't need an MRI. I can't lay on my back, have my back lean against the back of a chair or ware a bra without constant pain and, it feels like my muscles are jumping around in my back. I felt like he was done with the conversation when he came into the room. Maybe it is just arthritis but having an MRI sure would have given me peace of mind and the resolve to just push thru the pain for another 25 years! This visit left me a little perplexed!

Dr. Molinari was great , he took the time needed and was very personable and caring. Alot of surgeons I've had to deal with are arrogant and apathetic, their operating skills don't come with a personality or bedside manor and their office skills are a 5min waste of every1s time, Yet Dr. Molinari was nothing like that at all .. Very pleasantly refreshing and so appreciated... Thank you Alexander..

Dr Molinari is a caring and highly skilled spine surgeon. He answered all our questions in a way we were able to understand. Although they were busy, he did not appear to be rushed and made us feel as though he truly cared.
