I have been receiving infusion treatments for 20+ years at my previous provider so when I made the change, I was nervous. I went for my first treatment and I cannot say enough positive things about this location.The entire staff were warm, welcoming and explained in detail everything as they went along. They answered all my questions and made me feel at home. I expected a cold hospital environment but it was cozy, comfortable, relaxed, extremely clean and great conversation with the staff.I had my own space to work on my laptop while there, there was tea or coffee if I wanted it but the best part for me was a warm blanket as I always get a little chilled.I highly recommend Infusion Associates for your treatments. The cleaning protocols, distancing and overall comfort are truly outstanding.A huge thank you to everyone for a great experience!
