I have used this establishment for three surgeries and Doctor O’Hagan did two of them my hip implant and the other rotator cuff surgery Dr Brophy did my first surgery which was the other shoulder for rotator cuff. Didn’t know Dr O’Hagan at that time. But I have been pleased with Dr. O’Hagan care . If I wasn’t happy I wouldn’t have come back and request to see him this week. Thank you

Check in and check out were slow (the only reason I didn't give it a 5). I had no wait to be called, no wait for X-ray, no wait for an exam room. Dr. O'Hagan quickly diagnosed my issue and reviewed alternative treatment options. He welcomed questions and gave thorough answers. I have confidence in him and in GLOC.

Dr O’Hagen was very helpful and thorough. HOWEVER…the office does not communicate well, and reaching someone who will return your calls in a timely fashion is very difficult.
