Terrible service was sick with the flu for two weeks tried 3 times for a prescription only gave me a Covid test outside ended up going to urgent care for a cold prescription would never go back the worst

I went there to obtain a new PCP ( primary care provider). I took too long to fill out the intake forms. Then asked for a complete copy of said intake forms. Amy copied them for me. I wrote on the back of 1 sheet. I asked for that page. She did provide the missing page. Said could see A Dr. But wait til 2pm. 12:41pm. She said see Dr. at 2pm. 12:57pm she called me as I told her I would wait till 2, she started the provider did Not approve. I went back to Elizabeth Park. Did NOT get a PCP. Amy said go to urgent care or hospital. I came home. Sad I am.

Everyone I've encountered are very friendly. Dr. Lovy is the best. Never had a problem there.

Dr.Lovy and all the Doctors their are great but the person I talked to on the phone because THEY made a mistake on my billing was rude she keep referring to me as HUN.....I am 63 years old and hun is very unprofessional , Mr. Smith would be fine! Never a were sorry!

Calling my family at time when my grandmother is dying because I left a review it's very unprofessional. As soon as Dr ahmad took over we didn't even have to ask. He did exactly what any Doctor would have done. And Dr Janeski get facts straight befor you star writing notes. " that I made very long an lengthy criticism against the hospital" nope just Dr lovy. So please make the notes correct if your going to write them an also say Dr lovy wanted the review taken down right now!! I have the freedom to say anything I want about lovy.

Doctor lovy is great, seen him since I was a child. I have Medicare now and he unfortunately does not accept this health insurance, when calling for a referral the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. Typically the front desk is rude and I’ve brushed it off due to doctor lovy being a phenomenal doctor, I understand they deal with rude patients day in and day out but they could at least have a heart once a while.

They are by far one of the best doctors office, I don't even care who sees me they are all very good they schedule perfectly I haven't had to wait longer than 10 minutes 🙂
