Our mom lives in a nursing home in the area and has had several UTI's the last landing her in the hospital. Dr. there and nurse supervisor at nursing home recommended mom see a urologist. They picked this Dr. & it took 2 months to get an appt. Dr. Papp did not touch mom at her appt nor ran any tests. Made a diagnosis based on 2 month ago hospital paperwork ! Total waste of time, just collecting insurance money

I wish I had good things to say about Dr. Papp, but alas, I do not. I waited a month or two for my appointment, but when I got there, he didn't conduct any examinations that my regular physicians hadn't. He had me urinate in a cup (did that at my doctor's) and then sent a nurse in to scan my bladder (also conducted at my doctor's office). He conducted no additional imaging; he didn't even give me a physical examination. When he presented me with the vague diagnosis of "bladder spasms," he just gave me some antispasmodics and sent me on my way. It's kind that he provided me with free samples of the medication he recommended, but because of the cursory way I was examined and diagnosed, I want a second opinion on my diagnosis and treatment options.

It’s been a few years back that my Husband had the unfortunate experience with Dr.P. The guy did biopsy with no anesthetic, my Husband was white as a ghost, he never says a bad word about anyone, let me tell you I can’t repeat what he said. My dr wanted to send me to him, I’m like NO F-N way...

Dr.Papp and his staff were very professional and made me feel totally comfortable. The staff that i encountered while i was there ( Niki, Naomie, & Mary were extremely friendly and it was Important to them that i was at ease with the procedure i was going to have. So blessed that i found a Dr & staff that shows how much they want to help there patients.

BEWARE 4 staff members had no mask on or it hanging off. 1 walked right next to me with no mask to get a candy out of a community jar at check in. A (nurse or nurses assistant had no mask on in the back. The receptionist kept hanging hers off her ear then tried handing me my stuff back with it hanging. The kicker the doctors mask was hanging on his chin. The ignorance & arrogance of a medical professional to act so reckless. No cleaning took place between patients no social distancing was being used at all. This reckless practice is acting like we are not in a Pandemic and putting lives at risk. Find another doctor please.
