Felt like no one listened to my concerns and definitely didn’t listen to my symptoms. Came in with chest congestion and sore back ( had lifted furniture and a refrigerator a few days prior) shortness of breathe when going up steps she decides to do a ecg comes in says everything is fine and then writes abnormal in report. This was my go to urgent care. Will have to find a place that’s listens to patient. Truly bummed

Everybody was kind and courteous with fast service. The x-ray technician was kind and courteous seeing that I had a cane held the door open for me and went to the front door and held it open for me. Very kind and thoughtful service. The world would be a much better place of everybody was like that.

Very friendly and fast! Did the book ahead and it works great. Doctor took his time to listen to my problems and was treated very fast!

I have had 2 visits here with in 9 days, both times no appointments my wait was 10 minutes...the 2 women at the desk both times were wonderful and caring, next the RN's who took me back to the patient's room were very professional and considerate to my ailments.....the doctor who took care of me is Dan L. PA-C you sir are a credit to the medical profession, I thank you sincerely for taking care of me.. God bless you Woodhaven Urgent Care
