Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Recently finished several weeks of PT at Athletico following a non surgical rotator cuff injury. Three mornings a week produced results I'm really pleased with. Working with Rachel and Nicole was an upbeat and friendly experience and I strongly recommend them both.

I just finished up my 2nd clinical as a PT student here! Rachel was a GREAT clinical instructor and taught me so much. I had the opportunity to improve my manual therapy skills and even had shadowing opportunities. If you’re looking for a great clinical experience definitely consider this site! Everyone is so nice and fun to work with, Rachel, Kelli, Nicole, Autumn, and Lauryn make a great team :)

I was very pleased with the professionalism, care snd understanding that the whole staff showed. From answering the phones, tech help and the Physical Therapists themselves. Thank you again. ❤️

I have been to Athletico after my back surgery and knee replacement. I couldn't have asked for any better care than what I received. Everyone was so nice, and Rachael was always willing to answer any questions that I might have. I am doing so much better since I first started therapy. I would definitely tell anyone to go there.

Everyone at this clinic is kind, friendly, and knowledgable. I can honestly say that now that my problem is resolved I will miss going there!

These guys are awesome!! Super friendly, professional, and easy to schedule with. I suffer a lot of debilitating injuries due to being a big, clumsy, goof and they are my go-to for recovery!

Great staff, my 5yr old son is the last patient on the days that he goes and they take time to work him and they are very patient with him and congratulate him when he hits his goals!!!

The entire team at Athletico Troy was outstanding in every way possible. They were highly recommended to me by my Orthopedic Surgeon, and could not have made my recovery easier. For reference, I am 58 and I had 3 surgeries within 7 months after a bicycle accident. I was a train wreck - complete rotator cuff tear, knee meniscus tears, and grand toe joint replacement. With 3 unique therapy cycles, I started each time with baby steps and ended with confidence before the next surgery. I spent 3 days per week for 8 months with Kelli Courtois and her team, and with each surgery Kelli and Rachel were able to restore my full range of motion, balance, and strength, treating me more like an injured athlete than an invalid. They understood that I wanted to actively workout again and really worked with me to reach my goals. Alyssa and Austin kept me moving and on pace while disinfecting all of the equipment along the way. Nicole set up my schedule and was so flexible when I needed to make time/day adjustments - and she was a bulldog working with my insurance company! The chemistry of these 5 people together made for a fun, light-hearted, and joyful experience during the lowest point in my life, and I am so grateful to all of them. I loved the vibe at the facility too - super clean, great music, lots of laughter, and genuine healing inside and out. Love you guys!!!

I really had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in every way. I worked with Kelli and she was great!!! She really made a difference in helping my shoulder to improve a lot. The place is very clean and run very professionally. Nicole who runs had front desk was always very helpful and nice. I have recommended it to many people.

Kelly and Stacey are fantastic they make sure to answer any questions that i have and do everything in their power to help me reach my goals after surgery, also all of their assistants are extremely helpful Austin makes sure to go the extra mile to make sure I understand the exercises that are needed. I would recommend athletico of troy to anyone who needs PT!
