Beaumont Hospital Troy's Online Review Report Card

I feel soooo sorry for anyone that has to bring their family here.

We have been here multiple times over the last 10 years, for my wife’s delivery, for my daughter, and once for me. They are kind, empathic, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend.

I can not express how amazed and grateful I am with the staff and doctors I’ve had to work with me to getting better from Saturday night up until now and finally going home. Every person who has been my nurse and doctor were fantastic so nice, sweet and took such good care of me these past few days. Such friendly warm loving people. Doctor Aziz is the most sweetest nicest soul and jeff from spine was amazing also . Nurse cutty was literally my favorite ❤️ all the nurses and staff I loved. I could go on and on . Thank you beamont Troy for being awesome to me

Would definitely recommend going elsewhere for emergency care! I arrived and parked in the E.R (drive up) to get my boyfriend inside who was visibly in excruciating pain. The only good thing I will say about this hospital is we made it to a room pretty quickly (Likely because it was early and not busy). No one came out to help me with a wheelchair, just kind of watched through the glass. Security seemed to have an attitude towards us, and was more worried about me parking my car else where. The young lady checking us in at the receptionist/intake window was texting on her phone until about half way through checking my boyfriend in, and had a look like we were inconveniencing her. Most of the RNs had an attitude, VERY unsympathetic, and acted like they were in a rush (also like we were inconveniencing them). They were also quite rough while putting in IVs, grabbing up my boyfriends arms to check blood pressure. I could go on. I’m assuming the treatment was because we are a younger couple, and weren’t looking our best. I do try my best to give the benefit of the doubt because I know our healthcare workers can be stressed. However, It was clear we weren’t taken as seriously as we should have been which is why I write this review. Just want to give everyone a heads up on what to expect coming here.

My wife had the worst experience in this hospital on May 18th 2023! From the time she walked in until she walked out she was treated like Dirt! She got kicked out of line at the check-in window, all the staff were rude in Brown Team and Dr. Dushaj neglected to tell her about a serious medical issue that could harm her even worse.

I'm very pleased with the care i received at the hospital especially 2 nurses karen on days and April on nights when out of their way to make me comfortable i would recommend this hospital to anyone and a thanks to doctor Young and the rest of the staff

the blond nurse practitioner who treated me was extremely rude !!! her name was adrian i believe ? she worked today on may 16th and operated on room 102 and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a funny look with another nurse. DO NOT COME HERE. No sympathy whatsoever, will tell everyone i know not to come here, and i am using my sisters account so if my name isn’t found that is why. BUT AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MEAN NURSES.

One star because I have to leave one this is by far the worst emergency dept I've ever seen my mom has been laying in a bed in the hallway for 7 hours she asked for water waited almost 2 hours never brought it we were beside nurses station so not a far walk I finally bought her one out of vending machine the dr talked to her in hallway for 5 minutes after she arrived here 7 hours later they have checked her vitals once and still haven't seen Dr since getting here I would not bring my worst enemy here find another hospital to go to they don't care about the patients the nurses sit at the desk on their cell phones laughing and joking you ask them a question they tell you they will get your nurse 2 hours later you might see your nurse

The nurses were great in the e.r. ..however the axillary staff are highly inappropriate..asking inappropriate questions of me and my guest like ..”what do you do”, they need some education on hospital etiquette…oh yes…you have to walk through a metal detector ..I understand the times but making sick patients go through this thing is not ok!
