List of Daisy P Ramos Md's Reviews
Ramos was horrific. Her and her assistant were of no help and did not help my skin one iota. They didn’t even know what my skin problems were on my face and tried to give me useless treatments that actually hurt my skin. Would not recommend her to anyone. She shouldn’t even be allowed to practice medicine.
Dr. Ramos is one of the most compassionate people I know. Her interaction between between patients & her staff is incredible. Approximately 21 years ago, she put me on accutane, used it for 6 months, had clear skin for more than 4 years. When she found out I couldn’t afford it, she even had the company give me free samples. Today I had a skin infection, again I see a immediate improvement (next day) after her diagnosis & treatment. All other Dermatologist I have seen didn’t have the same results. I believe she understands the embarrassment her patients endure with unsightly blemishes (especially on the face), and address the issue quickly, instead of many return visits to the Doctor with poor results. Thank you Dr Ramos
I was under the care of Dr. Ramos when I was a teenager being treated for acne. She continuously pushed me for years to go on accutane, I kept refusing because I had heard horrible stories of the side effects of the medication. After a couple years of her pressuring me, and still refusing to go on the medication, she told me every single patient of hers was on accutane and refused to see me. The last few visits I went to, they were for undiagnosed dermatitis herpetiformis that she misdiagnosed for years as well, I had to wait close to an hour to be seen, and I was forced to be seen by her assistant MD who had a strange obsession with my butt and wasn’t board certified in the U.S to practice medicine according to a medical assistant who worked there. Get a dermatologist who will respect your wishes and advocate for you.
I have been seeing Dr. Ramos for a long time. She is extremely good doctor,my skin is in great shape and what issues I had cleared up with in a few days. Her staff are friendly and very accommodating to my schedule. I recently brought my son in with warts on his thumb and knee , she was very gentle with him,and he doesn't mind going to see her (for his other Doctors he complains a lot.) I would Highly Recommend Dr Ramos, I tell everyone who asks me that she is my very Good Dermatologist !
Most caring, best diagnostician and follow up doctor I've been to in my long life of seeing doctors. I've seen Dr. Ramos for various skin infections and an especially sensitive area of a large deep scar from melanoma. I had to find a doctor I could trust because of the serious condition I have and she has been wonderful.
The best dermatologist I have ever been to. She knows her stuff. I had a terrible rash on the side of ribcage and was misdiagnosed by another doctor and had to be in pain for days. I went to dr ramos and within 5 minutes she was able to correctly diagnose me andtell me what was wrong. She's very nice and her staff is friendly.
Poor billing! It is Nov. 2009 and I just received a bill from Oct. 2006. Now I believe I paid this bill but can no longer find supporting statements.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
