When my son was transferred to Beaumont Royal Oak. Dr. Ross was asked to consult, by Dr Peter Nickles. I was very impressed with Dr. Ross. She is an excellent Dr. I thank her for taking such good care of my son Trevor. ❤️

Dr. Ross is the best doctor I've ever been too. She is very attentive and did more for my eczema in one visit than anywhere I've been for the last 10 years! It's never a long wait and the front desk is so nice ESPECIALLY haley! Highly recommend if you need an allergist.

She 'seems' to listen, but does not really understand the underlying problems. The nurses need to be trained to ensure patient's safety.

This is not for the Dr., but the receptionist. I drove 45 mins to this place and couldn't get my daughters testing done. No one gave a heads up that there's construction in the area when I called, which made the drive even longer. Her reason was "I don't know which direction people are coming from when they call to make appointments." Well, that's exactly why you should say something. Nor did she say what building was the correct one until I called after walking around the parking lot of Beaumont office buildings for 10 minutes. Waste of my time and gas. I just sat in the parking lot and cried for 15 minutes because this was the straw that broke the camel's back. By far the most frustrating experience getting to an appointment ever. And I still don't know what the hell my baby is allergic to.
