List of Duraid Ahad Daman's Reviews
The staff needs better communication skills so that they don't cause an inconvenience to their patients. When i called the office i made an appointment for my mother Thursday around 2PM and they gave us an appointment for the next day Friday.Honestly what upsets me the most that they wait to the last minute (two minutes after the time of the appointment)to communicate to others that a patient won't be seen by the doctor 2 minutes after the appointment which was at 3 PM having the rest of Thursday ( the day the appointment was made)and all Friday morning to call and let us know of the cancellation when we were already in the parking lot and they call us to let us know the doctor won't see my mother. After having a frustrated conversation with the receptionist and i said thank you at the end of the call she just hung up so unprofessional and the apology was so insincere they need to customer service skills and manners
Finally i went to see the doctor for the first time in many years as I’ve been scared of doctors offices my whole life. This this doctor has been great so far. He didn’t make me feel rushed and seemed to honestly care and took time to address my concerns. I was specifically concerned about my heart rate being rapid and wanted to make sure I didn’t have any heart damage after a bad covid case. I finally feel like things are going the right direction and wish I hadn’t put off going to a doctor as long as I had. I feel so much relief just knowing my heart seems ok on the EKG and is not a grenade waiting to go off. If you’re like me and have been putting off going to the Dr for years, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Ahad. After worrying every day for the past couple years I feel stupid for waiting so long to see a Dr.
Excellent, ask valuable questions and gave me good feedback
Very nice and informative. You can tell he cares about his patients and knows what he's doing.
Most caring and involved doctor I have had! He listens to my concerns.
Had two visits so far. Initial visit Dr. Ahad was attentive, asked questions and explained options in detail. Likewise expected me to be engaged in my own health. Second follow-up visit was an equally good experience. (Diagnosis seemed to be correct and I'm feeling better with remedy). Similar good experience with office staff on both visits.
I am always super anxious to go to the Dr. Everyone at the office is patient, kind and very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and had all of my questions answered.
Always listens, his staff is very professional and they always get me in when needed! Clean office and honestly the best Dr. I have had In years!
Dr. Daman is the doctor assigned care of my elderly mom at Beaumont Hospital in Troy. I cannot rate him as a doctor but give one star for lack of courtesy and professionalism. I have been waiting 7 hours in my mother's room to find out her status and/ or plan for her care. No one seems to know where he is, no notes. I had to call the main number to be connected with the head nurse who called back to the floor. He'll be here at 6 p.m. Unacceptable.
Dr. Ahad is an excellent physician. He give time to you when you visit the clinic and understand your family history before providing his suggestion. Unlike other doctor, his team follow up after the lab results are out.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
