My husband went to this clinic for 3 years. All doctors examined him..every week they just gave him different pills or cream. Never diagnosed his rash...never took the time to find out why this rash never ever ever went away. He passed away from pancreatic cancer. I believe the rash was a symptom of the disease. Extremely rude receptionist. They need to have more patience and understand that people have to jump through hoops with insurance, and often struggle to get to even get an appointment made due to the convoluted nature of the healthcare system.

Terrible, rude, and unprofessional office manager! I waited over an hour or so for my 2 year old sons appointment and was approached by the manager with a loud and heavily rude tone in the middle of the entire waiting room full of patients. The manager continued to argue with me very loudly and rudely and had the audacity to ask why I didn’t ask how long waiting for my appointment would take….never in my life have I ever been approached by a medical professional or any type of professional like this. Mind you she continued to yell at me in front of my 2 year old son. If you want to wait over 2-3 hours past your appointment time and be yelled at for doing so come and visit this place! Long wait and wasn’t seen by dr.

I went there with a scalp infection he didn’t even stay In The room for more than 30 seconds, he didn’t even talk to me or explained anything & the lotion he gave me didn’t work, my infection got worse. After 2 weeks I called to be seen soon or talk to the doctor but they gave me another appt after a week. My father suffered from a rare form of skin cancer. Although, my father suffered from his disease he enjoyed his appointments with Dr.Murakawa. He mentioned how knowledgeable and kind the doctor is. I’m convinced he wouldn’t have lived as long without Dr.Murakawa’s expertise. Thank you very much for your care that you showed my dear father. My father suffered from a rare form of skin cancer. I went here for unexplained bites on my body, staff was really nice but I waited 3 hours or so for my scheduled appt. At that point it was right before they closed, and the Dr came in and had a weird attitude right away. Threw himself into a chair and slouched with his arm crossed, and spent like 3 minutes with me where he told me my dad (also a dr) was all wrong with his suspicions of scabies and that it had to be fleas. Didn't take a scraping bc he said I didn't need it, the only thing they were able to do was give me a steroid shot for itching...and the vet said it wasn't fleas. If you want prompt care and someone to spend some time with you I'd suggest elsewhere. But the staff is good. Terrible experience. In the removal of a family member’s cyst, he did a terrible, not clean job. Upon removal of the stitches, it bled all over the place and he simply left the room without answering questions or any sort of explanation and did not return. His gloves were not sterile, and come to find out after, he left the wound infected. Terrible customer service when trying to call and clear things up after. Ok Terrible experience. Long waits past scheduled appointment time. IF he comes in to see you it will be for less than one minute. Otherwise, you will more often than not only meet with a PA. Does not know how to properly make incisions and will leave you with unnecessary, nasty scars for simple procedures.

His staff does not listen when you call for an appointment and Dr. M. is way too fast to look at you, they switch you from room to room, wait can be long and he does not listen. I did see him 8 years ago and he did a great job on a huge growth on my foot, no scar. Today, he wants to get in and out AND has untrained staff do things that he should be doing. It is sad because he does excellent work. I will find another Dr. sadly but it will be a search.
