Very Very disappointed in Homewell Care Services and I think the owner Michael Mohron should know. I had a Care Manager come out on May 28th to talk about securing services for my husband. The Case Manager said she would call on Tuesday with the name of the caregiver - never received that call, I called them - I believe it was the HR manager who gave me a name but knew nothing about our account. (I also messaged the care manager - never a reply.). The aide showed up 15-20 minutes late. She was due back yesterday - again I messaged the care manager - NO REPLY - called the office - when it was over 1/2 hour late - at that point because the office doesn't care to respond I decided to cut ties with this company. I NEED reliable help, I hope that Michael will see this! A business like this is not right especially for the care of the elderly and disabled.

HomeWell took care of my family member and their Personal Assistants were all wonderful. Attentive and very compassionate. The owner Michael is such a caring person. He came and met with us the first time. I will use them again.

My father has a home health assistant twice weekly to help with showers. The assistants have been very caring, thorough and attentive to any requests. Therese has been with him now for a while and he totally loves her! Our initial contact with HomeWell was very positive with Michael and Wendi spending a lot of time in the home to assess needs and also just to visit and laugh a bit. Very positive experience thus far!

Michael, the President, sincerely cares about his clients, Very attentive to their specific needs. He puts a lot of thought into matching the caregivers personality to compliment the clients personality and environment.

We used Homewell for a few weeks and all the ladies were great! We especially loved and connected with Nina! Unfortunately there were some cancelations from caregivers during snow storms!
