Dr. Hoff lacks bedside manner, fails to address patient concerns, is arogant and standoffish. He wasted my time and costed me money by having me show up to a procedure that failed to happen. When attempting to have a conversation to put my mind at ease, we mutually decided that he wasn't the doc for me. After observing his attitude and lack of patient empathy, I quickly realized he is a doctor I would never trust to perform a procedure on me. I highly recommend reviewing other comments on the verious websites. His reviews are less than stellar. I think finding another doctor is the best decision I could have made! This doctor should be required to attend further patient relations and communication training in addition to have better accountability of his office staff.

I have went to Dr. Hoff for the last 4 years and he is always professional, takes his time with you and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Hoff and Michigan Institute of Urology.

In April of 2016 I had surgery for complications from BPH. Dr. Hoff performed both a lithotripsy and a TURP. Recovery involved a minimum of discomfort, and the end result for me was spectacular. My urinary function is now better than I can ever remember-- even as a teenager. As a bonus, it is a pleasure to interact with Dr. Hoff. He is personable. professional, and efficient. I could not be more pleased.

I had been having problems over the last several years with incomplete emptying of my bladder causing bladder stones to form. I had them removed once and they returned. Since my urologist was retiring I went to see Dr. Hoff and he performed surgery to resection by prostate. What a miracle! He did a perfect job with little bleeding and explained absolutely everything that was to happen and did happen. Great bedside manner and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with urinary track or prostate concerns
