This place is amazing and this treatment is a Godsend. I went here for a severely damaged/poorly healed muscle or rather muscles in my back that was extremely uncomfortable and was constantly pulling me out of alignment and causing repeated severe injury which would take multiple chiropractic visits to fix as a welcomed alternative to surgery (surgeries do not even work efficiently like they are presented to the public). I was so grateful to have found this place. I tried it and Liz was amazing and it works. It’s over a year later and I’m still so much better. The muscles targeted have not reverted back. If you want to truly heal your body and are interested in curative treatments, this is definitely worth trying. If you’re an athlete and you’re sick of a damaged muscle hindering your efforts, this is likely the best way to go about improving or fixing the problem in that it works and there are no side effects like surgeries usually have even if they don’t report the risks to the patients which surgeons do not always do. Again, a damaged muscle as with my experience, can actually pull things out of alignment. Insurance needs to start covering this.

Initially i went to see liz for my shoulder pain. Ive been playing the drums 48 years and wasn't sure how much longer i would be able to play due to much pain. She has helped my shoulder so much that i dont think about my shoulder pain anymore. I pretty much needed a "tune up" on my muscles, now shes working on my neck,knees, back ect...Im So happy not to need surgery!!! And her expertise in targeting which muscle to work on means it takes much less time to get results compared to a chiropractor. Liz is very knowledgeable/professional and kind. If you have pain ,go see her. It works!

I had excruciating back pain and nothing was helping it. Once I heard about Muscular Health and Wellness I made my appointment. Within one visit I felt 90% better and went for the 2nd visit which got me to 💯. Liz was very knowledgeable and gentle with treatment. If you have pain, then don’t hesitate to go in for treatment.

I've been seeing Liz now off and on for about a year. She is extremely professional and just as kind as can be. She is an expert and knows just where to apply pressure. This therapy has helped immensely and after the first visit I jumped off the table. Feeling amazing. You need to give this a try. A friend had told me how it had helped her wrist. Liz knows things no pt or chiropractor knew. It's just one of those therapies you stumble across after nothing else has helped. My back and hip were the culprit, but it was a muscle that was so tight and until it was released, it was not going to get better. This technique is unlike no other.

I've had back pain for years from hard manual labor, after awhile you learn to just deal with it. My wife sent me to see Liz and there was such a difference. Such a smart decision! This treatment helped to relieve severe pain from a frozen shoulder, increasing range of motion and overall shoulder function, reducing normal expected recovery time. The experienced staff was amazing and knowledgeable on multiple disciplines to assist in overall outcome success.

Excellent experience. On time. Comfortable lobby, even though I only sat a few minutes. So we were both a little early. Everyone was friendly. Everything was explained. Much before we started and more as we went further into the treatment. Not pushy. Very relaxed and at ease. I came in having a dull lingering pain in whole arm, shoulder to hand. That was all gone when I left the very first. (A couple more areas to address as advised I may require few more visits.) That particular portion did NOT return next day. Few other places also got relief. I found the mechanical robotic quite interesting. I was 'out of there' in a timely manner without feeling rushed. Weeks and months later I still feel great about it all. Feeling the freedom of release and mobility is cool. Wish I knew of this earlier. And this is personally funded by me. (not on my insurance).

My sciatica pain started in late July as an uncomfortableness and evolved quickly to constant, intolerable pain. I reached a point where I could barely move from my bed to the couch and back again. I was in constant pain. I tried everything to get relief; stretches/exercises, massage therapy, supplements, multiple 5-day fasts and copious amounts of over the counter pain medications.
