Sometimes the waiting to get seen by the doctor can be ridiculously long BUT the customer service here is AMAZING! Very friendly staff especially Ann, she does an amazing job making things easy for the patient and super friendly..

Dr. Nancy F Mansour-Habib is inept as an analytic doctor. Dr. Nancy insisted, and demanded, she knew patients’ pains & ailments better than the patient did - UNREAL! She made no attempt to diagnose “why my love was in pain”; thus, the care for her pain was greatly delayed. The only thing the Dr. furnished was enormously elevated stress; so we went elsewhere. We have a good team of specialist now who are very attentive! Her Pain comes from 3 regions in the cervical spine degenerating, thus compressing on the nerve roots passing through those 3 regions & hyperthyroidism which elevates an already chronic pain. Yes, the pain is real and dr. Nancy did NOTHING TO HELP because she knew better!!! It was an outrageously stressful 3 months in our life, and we could not understand why dr. Nancy was so dismissive & abusive towards my baby, with bully type tactics.

Great doctor, very professional, great listener and take good care of her patients .Great and professional staff.

I have been seeing dermatologists for over 40 years and Dr. Habib is far and away the most caring and concerned Doctor I have ever been a patient with. She cares about her patients and wants to be sure she is providing the care possible for you. I grateful I have found her for me and my dermatology needs.

Worst doctor out there! Failed to let her staff know or her patient know that there was an issue with labs. Stage 3 kidney disease is not something that you overlook especially when the tests come back severely low. You’re a doctor, patients are supposed to trust you and you fail to meet that requirement. They don’t follow HIPPA so you can expect them to give your info just about to anyone who calls. I wish that people would stay away, if you have any health issues you probably won’t know because they won’t tell you. Always ask for copies of your results, I would hate for someone to lose their life because their doctor and the staff don’t know how to do their job.

Not only is her demeanor arrogant and her physical appointment less than five minutes...I, nor my wife will ever be returning here again. More importantly we would like to alert any LGBT individual to stay away because multiple members of her staff showed discrimination and disrespect to my wife who was only there for a yearly physical herself. This was her first visit to this office because we have recently relocated.Over a 45 minute wait between the lobby and exam room, Mansour’s staff asked three separate times for her to confirm her gender as listed (I assume based on her short hair?) and despite full medical records and long-standing insurance - which they could plainly check. She overheard them joking and talking amongst themselves about ‘a mistake on the paperwork’ from behind the glass in their waiting room. This is disgusting, humiliating behavior and I hope this review helps warn others before finding themselves in a similar situation.
