Pain Free Life Centers's Online Review Report Card

I am giving 5 stars because Pain Free Life Centers cold laser therapy was a game changer for me. I had extensive surgery late summer to remove cancerous lymph nodes from under my left armpit. One week after surgery, I could barely lift my left arm to do anything. Two weeks after surgery, when I was to start driving, I could barely drive, let alone close the driver's side door, though doctor approved it. As a single mom, getting back to work and resuming driving and other domestic activities was critical to our family's survival. I was skeptical at first, but after my first treatment, admit I was shocked (and awed) at how effective the cold laser treatment had been. We started low, only 15 minutes, working up the temperature. By the end, pain had decreased and it felt "calmer". Not even 8 hours later, imagine my surprise to find that my full range of motion had be restored; after 3 treatments, it was apparent the 1) scar tissue and 2) incision scars were visibly lightening and smoothing out. The treatments are enjoyable and relaxing - It's a very warm and soothing feeling you get during the cold laser- so much so that I have found myself napping after more than a couple of them:) Thanks, PFLC Team!

Thank you Pain Free Life Centers - when I started treatments August 2024, I could not lift my arm above my left shoulder. Single working mom with 2 very active boys, driving was miserable, my desk job agony, and sleep was broken and intermittent. Within only seven (7!!) hours of my 1st treatment, I had full range of motion back in my left shoulder and arm. I had to use it cautiously because it felt so good, and as Jeff & David's team cautioned. For women who have recently undergone a masectomy, lymph nodes removed, or reconstruction thereafter, I can't say enough about cold laser. I needed 1) to go back to work asap and 2) to be able to care for my sons, drive, and care for myself. Without the lasers treatments, I would still be struggling at Physical Therapy, with pain, stiffness, tightness, and restricted range of motion. Now, I only occasionally have minor issues with the aforementioned restrictions/discomfort, and my scars are healing so incredibly well! I've been so impressed, my mom has become a patient, and swears it fixed her sciatica in 2 visits!

I suffer from both sciatica and meralgia paresthetica. I absolutely am not an advocate of taking medication or injections - especially pain meds - which is what all of the medical doctors I have seen seem to revert back to. A family member has been seeing the team at PFLC and has had fantastic results. While a bit skeptical, I thought I'd give them a call and see what they had to say. Heck, nothing else seemed to be working! Well, I have now been going for 7 weeks (2 - 3 times a week) and have noticed a significant improvement...significant! My pain and discomfort level is almost completely gone. I definitely plan on continuing treatment. This place is wonderful! Jeff and Dave thoroughly explained how and why the treatments work. I'm giving a 2 star because the people are very nice, office, waiting room, is always clean. Appointments are taken on time. Now the bad - I signed a contract for 20 treatments on my knees. The right knee is about the same, may be slightly worse. The left knee and leg is in so much pain. I can barely walk. I've completed 18 of the sessions. I hurt after everyone of them. At my initial consultation. I ask if there are people that this doesn't work on and they said very few that most people will get at least 70 or 80%, if not more. Not only didn't I get any relief but I am much worse off than I was. I did ask a couple of the laser techs about refunds. They said that they could probably get me more treatments. But not a refund. More treatments? I'm in agony, why would I want more.

I feel like I was completely taken advantage of and coerced into signing up for unnecessary treatment. I unfortunately was in a car accident and had been experiencing muscle pain in my neck and back for a long time. My dad signed me up for a consultation appointment and the next thing I know I'm being talked into paying $2,000 out of pocket for treatment I didn't need. I reached out the same day to cancel the services and they won't refund it. Very disappointed with the whole situation.

Don’t sign anything, they are not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau this place is a scam. They try to get you to sign up for thousands of dollars and there’s no way to cancel except for taking them to court which is what we’re gonna have to do. It’s such a great place how come they don’t have a BBB rating? read the reviews where people have been ripped off before you sign anything

I sent my daughter here for a consultation. They signed her up for $2800 worth of treatment that she did not need we called to cancel and have still not been able to get a refund. Looks like we have to take them to court. They are not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau, find out until just now. Very shady operation

I came in for a free consultation and one time treatment and thought my experience was a positive one, I just wish I could afford there services. $3300.00 is a lot of money for the average person for 30 visits nor do they provide you with this information when making an appointment. Needless to say I will not be back

This program is very good. The staff is responsive , dedicated and focused..The therapy is very impactful, my condition before treatment was painful arthritic knees and legs, My pain is gone , my numbeness sustantially reduced, and my legs are much stronger. I am recommending this program to family and frriends..

My experience was negative. After many of the laser treatments they increased the level of the laser treatments. I called to speak with the owner to explain what had occurred. But after two calls to the firm I have not received a call back. Not impressed
