Dr Botta was very personable. Knowledgeable and informative. He made a real effort to connect with us. His staff is a little cold but were not intolerable. I’m sure they see a ton of patients and I can see how it would be easy to just see patients as “the next appointment” rather than actual people.

I have several medical conditions and Dr Botta works great with them all! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

My family has a history of severe allergies to various allergens. My daughter has been in the hospital for allergies before. She was tested by him the first time and he said she has no allergies. He said no allergies despite only testing for four allergens. One of which, she has been in the hospital for. Her dr's office conducted the test for food based allergens, and found four major allergies. I told her Dr about the inconsistencies in the test results because they could not conduct the full test. The dr's office set up an appointment with him to conduct the full test. Today, he tells me he is not testing her at all because she hadn't had an allergic reaction to everything. He also said he would not be able to solve the inconsistencies in the testing because the dr's office is just wrong. Although he did not know they had tested beforehand. Also he hung up in my face when I asked if my had the correct information. Which was that he was refusing to test her. Go to him if you want to wait for an appointment, inaccurate results, and rude and unprofessional behavior.

Met Dr. Badr the first time - she made me key in my entire history and then said i need to do allergy tests again even though no allergies were noted when i had done in less than a year ago. She scheduled a follow up appointment, but she wasn't available. I was told my doctor for that day wold be Doctor Anne. When I finally reached i was told Dr Botta will see me instead. Again i was asked to spend 1 hour to key in my medical history(history cant change, current symptoms and medications might but history for birth should just be verified). I spent another hour doing this and finally to hear completely contradicting advice from Doctor Botta. He said that i dint need allergy tests as Asthma is not curable!! Then Dr. Botta says start taking aspirin 300 mg per day and that may be my only cure! They charged me a 100$ each time as they fall under specialists for Asthma and still say asthma isnt curable! Thank you but no thank you!

Staff doesn't answer questions, discourteous, short, they seem angry at any questions regarding treatment. Hardly see doctor, he also doesn't answer questions and seems annoyed at them.

Good to see a doctor who knows prescriptions are not the answer to all problems.
