My dad has been home for two weeks and they have failed to provide any therapy! Nurse came and PT did for evaluation but it has stopped there. Called several times and nobody knows why…now our calls are being ignored. Very unprofessional and super disrespectful

Deanna is very, polite, knowledge, professional and very willing and pleased to do her job. She is very courteous always with a smile on her face and so gentle but secure when handling her patients. You can ask her questions and she always responds back in kindness with the answer. Deanna is an awesome Caregiver and very deserving of a raise 😊 👍.

Nurse Wesley called and shared his visit with my mother. He provided me with an update and answered my questions. I appreciate Wesley because he listened to my personal feelings as we talked and he was very professional and personable.

Called me up to tell me my insurance doesn't cover what the doctor asked for..When I asked ,what the dr.asked for ?She didn't know. LOL

I have found the staff of Residential Health very helpful and responsive to my questions/concerns. Nurses Michelle, Lakeyia, Wes and aide Deanna continue to treat my Dad with the utmost respect and care. Thank you!

Natalie, nurse and Billie, caregiver were extraordinary. They took care of our Father. Both were compassionate, answered any questions we had and put us at ease. We were grateful and blessed to have had them during this time. Thank you for these two wonderful women

I'm sharing a review for my mother. We have the best team of professionals working with her. Nurse Katharine. Physical therapist Jeremy, speech therapist Amy, Social worker Megan, Henry journey program and Melissa palliative care. Each one of them provide compassionate and professional care. My mother is delighted to spend time with them and as her caregiver I am relieved with their help. So many things were put into place to assist with stress relief for us both, safety and direction for future decisions. This organization of professionals is one of the only places I was able to find that had home care, palliative and hospice. Henry in the journey program said he will follow us through the whole process from beginning to the end and thereafter in mom's life journey. I can't began to tell you how much comfort that brings and how thankful I am. I highly recommend them.

They haven't done one nice or considerable thing thus far. In the past several weeks all we get is calls stating " I have two other dieing patients that need triage". I don't know what time I can be there!" 4-5 hours pass and still no word. Yet My Father stays awake trying to await their visit!!!! This is of no comfort for ANYONE, and should not be tolerated from any health care providers ! Choose wisely, as we will try another service. SHAMEFUL
