Just saw Dr Maqpool for my first visit withbthem as a new doctor and was pleasantly surprised with how amazing they are!I like their approach, thoroughness, sense of humor, and as a member of the LGBTQ+ (trans) community I was really pleased with their attitude and support towards journey towards healing.

During my last visit this Dr. had poor bedside manner, was inconsiderate, disrespectful and unprofessional. It was so upsetting to my fiancé who was there with me and I that I immediately changed her from being my primary Dr.

My last visit this Dr. had poor bedside manner, was inconsiderate, disrespectful and unprofessional. It was so upsetting to my fiancé who was there with me and that I immediately changed her from being my primary Dr. Some visits she makes you feel really rushed. This last visit was one of them.

Is the doctoring care satisfactory? Yes, but theres been an attitude on more than one appointment and I'm made to feel rushed. Therefore, I've now switched my PCP.

Dr. Maqbool replaced my previous PCP and I had my first consult with her about 2 months ago. It was just a get acquainted visit and discuss general health questions-as well as set up blood test for the fall visit. She seems very knowledgeable and caring, we talked for sometime about things-including COVID pandemic concerns (we both had). I was generally impressed and plan on staying with her as my PCP. The only concern I might have is I'm an adult male and having a young, lady physician conduct my yearly physical-with all that entails-might be a wee bit uncomfortable. I've always had male PCP's do it in the past. I'll discuss it with her next time and see what she thinks.

She is the most empathetic amazing doctor I have ever worked with. She really helped me through some tough times and always assured me everything was going to be okay. She constantly goes above and beyond her call of duty, even gave me a call once to check in with me after she knew i was going through some stuff. She’s great if you’re in your 20s. Very relatable person.

Had to find a new doctor for my aging father and was referred to Dr. Maqbool. It's always a 50/50 shot you will like a new doctor and she exceeded our expectations. Very personable, great personality and overall seemed to care and wanted to listen to us - not dictate! Dr. Paula Kim was my father's previous doctor and she actually trained Dr. Maqbool so that was icing on the cake!

She was a student and unfortunately, she is graduating this year. She has been wonderful! She is very patient with us as new parents and has always been absolutely delighted to see my daughter. She never forgets her! She has spoken with us thoroughly about each treatment and diagnosis. She is an absolute joy! Hopefully, she opens her own practice soon and we'll be able to visit again!
