Matthew Christopher's Online Review Report Card

I've been having trouble finding someone to fix my daughter's cavities. Most places are wanting to put caps on them but at an outrageous price. I called around finally this office that accepts both my insurances. Dr Christopher i felt was rude loud and intimidating, first he told me I was the boss but then tried to give me no option but to pull like eight of my kids teeth during surgery even implying 'maybe more' and also suggesting he's not even going tell me what exactly he's going to do other than pull out all her teeth leaving her with none in the back for like three years. Remind you the other places we're offering caps at an expensive price and I had found him on the phone. He started off by telling me I was the boss but then tried to strong arm me by making my only option his little pull all her teeth plan saying ' I had been punted to him' (not true I was suggested to him by google) and that 'this one was about to abcess and so is this one' to try to scare me into letting him remove all her teeth that still have the potential to be capped according to other dentists. He started telling me 'well im not the one who is respndsible for this' trying to shame me into it. I have been trying very hard to find a dentist i could both afford and has a feasible plan and felt like there no need t shame a parent who's trying to get her kids teeth fixed.He even went off on a political rant about how this is the governors fault or something several times. I'm going be be reporting him to the ada.

My children have been seeing Dr. Christopher for 10 plus years and we have always had great experiences with them. I recommend him to people all the time with small children!

It takes about 15-20 minutes to pull a tooth, My appointment was scheduled out over 100 days when I obviously needed an extraction soon, after 97 days they called me to tell me to go somewhere else....

Absolutely hands down the BEST Dentist! I drive my boys 45 min. to see him!! Chelsea & Dr Christopher n office staff are AMAZING!!!

Most unprofessional experience ever. I had a filing, soon after, it fell out. I called and the gal answering the phone could not get me in for 10 days to even have it assessed. I however had a cruise booked and really felt it needed to be fixed or at the keast looked at. I knew it wouldnt be good to be in the Caribbean and have a toothache or worst. I called another denist who got me right in to get it looked at and fixed it the same day. I called Dr Christophers office to cancel the appointments since I had it fixed. Now that the bill is due they are in no way willing to adjust the bill. The office manager was short wirh me. She indicated she had called me back and acted like she I canceled the appointment without come in. YES, I did due to their inabilty to get me in to be evaluated prior to a vacation. I filled a complaint with our dental insurance, next the ADA...

Dr. K does a wonderful job of putting your mind at ease. The staff is kind, and the wait time is usually short.

everyone at the office is sooooo nice! i especially love Michelle that cleans my teeth. i had my braces done here and my teeth look better than ever!!!

I LOVE THIS DENTIST! Everyone is so nice and caring! I always feel like Emily goes above and beyond and is always willing to answer my 100 questions (thank you!)! Chelsea is always so kind and funny when I’ve had things done. I live an hour away from UC and I refuse to go anywhere else. I will always recommend this dentist office to anyone. You will not be disappointed!!

Family has gone here for well over 20 years. Never experienced any of the bad reviews. All care and procedures have been outstanding. Anything needing to be done is available right there. Staff very friendly. Business-professional, especially when busy, but always personable.
