Absolutely fantastic! It's been so long since I've walked into a doctor's office and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Everybody was able to listen, they responded, they were kind, and I feel like I'm actually going to get the help I need, finally!

This Dr office successfully priced me out of medical treatment by requiring a test that was expensive, unnecessary, and not covered by insurance. I raised this concern twice with Bronson patient satisfaction and each separate person passed responsibility to other entities. I sought medical treatment from a different doctor. The 3 months until getting in with a new doctor left my condition untreated. In one visit with a different doctor, without the "required test", we were able to establish an effective and holistic treatment plan. Total lack of responsibility, care, and compassion.

Been at this facility for 11 years. The staff has gone through some difficulties and changes, but for some years now everything has been kosher. I loved Dr Kerchief, and was sad he retired However Dr. Miller is just as good, if not better. His humor along with his personality make him a great doctor. He and his nurse Holly have gone above and beyond the call of duty with me. You won't get this sort of care in a big city.

Very disappointing! I have been going their for over 20 years but because I haven’t been their in several years they say I am a new patient and it would be 4 months until I could be seen. Not a good way to run a business!

Very professional. Ms. Miller was very thorough and took time time to answer my questions. Very patient about explaining my meds and their effects. I very much appreciated her time and efforts. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kathy! Pam Kline

The 2 girls at the front desk are so welcoming, helpful and genuinely friendly. The facility is always clean. Dr. Fitzgerald is very perceptive and was able to help me put my concerns to rest.

I have not trusted many doctors in my life and like fewer but Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor pays attention to your needs doesn’t hurt on you more than he needs to. Always try’s to make you laugh before you leave with some kind of a joke. Very detail oriented when trying to Diagnose your symptoms.

The lack of care and patience for patients during this virus is absolutely despicable. Now refusing to see me with my symptoms and telling me to go home and just deal with it. Now that my two doctors have left I will be leaving as well. No longer will recommend to anyone; receptionist have became extremely rude and have an extreme lack of care. Absolutely disgusted with my local doctors office now. So extremely said to see them go this far down hill. With all that being said, Dr. Miller is fantastic!
