List of Marc Mastropaolo's Reviews
Dr Marc is great, however staff is unprofessional and unkind when you are in need of urgent care. Billing team does not maintain proper records of payments and sometimes calls for payments that are already made.
Dr Marc provided excellent care, however the billing process is really bad. There is no proper record of payments and sometimes call your cell asking for payments already made. Very frustrating.
Love Dr. Mastropaolo, He is kind, passionate and very caring. Doesn't treat you like a "number". There are times you may have to wait longer for him, but that's OK because he takes his time with you and has his staff call you with bloodwork results. If it is important and you need to talk to him he'll call ASAP or you can call him on his cell.
Dr. Mastropaulo has been my doctor for quite some time and I love his willingness to explain symptoms, conditions, medical and non-medical treatments for ailments relating to my physical well being. He is imaginative and eager to try alternative methods of treatment but also encourages natural remedies ie. exercise, weight loss, vitamins, etc. I recently moved to Austin TX and I know I'm going to miss him dearly. However, he did say I could come back annually if needed which I intend to do.
Dr. Mastropaolo is a Great Dr. Cares about each patient takes his time with each one. But his staff is another issue!!! His PA doesn't have a clue on how to treat patient's!!! She just goes through the motions, no care what so ever. She just wants to give you pills!!! The secretary's Have issues with returning phone calls, referrals, processing payments!!! It's not the Dr at all. Just everyone else in his office. They act like we the patients bother them!!!
very poor service. My wife has been to dr. Mastropaolo 3 times since her doctor retired and all 3 times has been bad visits as far as how she is treated. this last time was the icing on the cake. all she needed was bloodwork done for a surgery she is having. he did the bloodwork and never turned it in. the surgeons office begged for it. caused her surgery to be rescheduled same day it was planned for. now we have to wait 30 days for the surgery. very poor service.
This man is amazing and has gone above and beyond for me and my medical needs. I would reccommend him to the people i love. GREAT MAN AND EVEN GREATER STAFF, i can also atest to no long wait times, he is a dr that is not in it for the money and that says ALOT THESE DAYS!
Dr. Mastropaolo was my physician for almost 15 years. He had serious time management issues. Often he would be running up to an hour late seeing patients. I tolerated this because he was a good physician. His office staff included a mother and daughter combination. They were unprofessional and had personal issues which affected their performance. I am with IHS now and it is a pleasure to only have to wait 10 minutes to see my Doctor.
Dr. Mastropaolo's time management skills are among the worst I have ever experienced. He is not well organized and he is backed by an unprofessional staff.
Doc M is great, however it's very difficult to get an appointment and there are long wait times. I have walked out before being see, after 30-45+ minute waits WITH an appt.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
