What a dump ..: there is so much to say about this not being the place to take anyone you love.. my mom was treated terrible there by everyone there but one woman .. thank god she was there …my mom had here light taken away on several occasions and was put out in the hall in the middle of the night to sit for hours …she had to sit in her dirty for long periods of time .. and was never taken to the Bathroom ..and her nice bathrobe and her Italian made athletic suit came up missing …this place charged Medicare for taking care of the wounds on her feet.. she doesn’t have wounds on her feet so we are contacting the authorities in charge investigating the fraud Pertaining to this ..my mom worked in nursing facilities for 40 years and told us about the mental abuse she suffered there and that should not happen so we are contacting our lawyers to work that out …

I got referred to this location by Teri Jordan, who I met at a networking event. I knew that this was a place I would recommend to others, solely based on the fact that Teri 100% stood behind her product and gave us peace of mind and comfort knowing our aunt would receive exceptional care. Ignore residents not feeding them, ignored the dietsThey don’t have time to take residents to the bathroom. My parent was miserable. was only there for a short stay to get physical therapy. Her vitals weren’t taken during the very short stay. She ended up back in ER a few days later. Please stay away from this place. They are short staffed and will not properly care for your loved one.

Never picks up their phone, but other than that, alright

Yall really terrible to have a missing resident on my porch and not answering the ohone

I would not suggest putting a loved one in this facility. My mother has been there since August and my father was there from September through a couple of weeks ago (he is home now) and we have dealt with nothing but issues and SEVERAL CONCERNS! There are a couple of good nurses, however, don't get to see them often. The "activities director" if that is even their title has only taken care of a virtual visitation for my siblings and I with our mother twice and even those visits were a mess, they leave the laptop or Ipad in her room and leave...our mom has Alzheimers and also had a stroke and is paralyzed on her left side, they need to stay there and help.When my mother was brought here in August they told us all these wonderful things and that she would receive memory care, she isn't receiving any memory care/therapy, it is really sad. Her health has declined greatly, we don't get updates on her health, we end up having to call several different people and still don't get much feedback/information. An Alzheimers phone that was purchased by my father for her is now missing for the second time in the last month, no one knows where it is. The majority of our window visits consist of trying to get a nurse to her room for a concern, or she is needing help and no one responds to her cries for help because "she doesn't need anything, nothing is wrong with her, she's not in pain" "it's just part of her Alzheimers"...if she was receiving MEMORY CARE that would help, comfort her. One evening a worker brought in their baby and all of the nurses were playing with the baby while my mother cried for help and they ignored her, it was reported immediately and we were told it was dealt with, not confident in that. Not to mention the risk of someone bringing a baby in there, absolutely ridiculous!! Just so sad and unfortunately many nursing homes are like this. In person visitation is also not what it was made out to be...it is all very sad and I will be writing a letter and contacting the State among other organizations to report the lack of care and concern in this facility. It is unfortunate that a couple of people who are truly compassionate and caring have to take the bad rap for the whole facility. Do better, if you don't want to truly take care of the elderly, then leave and find another job, that's all!And before this facility responds to my review, make sure you handle all of the concerns above and then you can tell me that you apologize and tell me it will all be handled appropriately and my mother will receive the care she should be receiving.

Horrible place to be. Employees have attitude. I would highly recommend to stay away from this place! You can be in serious pain and suffering badly and still get no help. Worst facility I have ever been too.

My mother is worse now then when she went into the facility. She missed 2 doctors appointments with the orthopedic doctor at Ascension because they didnt have her up and dressed to take her over there on time. We were told Medicare would cover her for 122 days as her primary, then 792 days by HAP as her secondary, and the social work tells us with my mother being there less then 30 days that she is discharging her from treatment because it isnt progressing, but wants to keep her there long term, and charge our family 179.00 a day. They gave my mom like a couple days of therapy, and basically did nothing for her. Didnt have her discharge papers and instructions for us when we picked her up, and to fight with the aid and nurse, and go back up twice after we picked her up, to finally get the papers. Sad thing is my mother worked here for 38 YEARS, as a nurse for Abbeys, before Advantage bought the building, you think they would have treated her with some respect... WRONG!!! Now i am looking for another rehab that will take her and actually do something for her and give her the therapy she needs... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY FROM HERE...NOTE TO OWNER... you dont want me to talk with your grievance officer, because you are not going to like what me or my family, including my mother, has to say about the very poor handling and care you provided
