This is my PCP and she is fantastic. She is very responsive via the patient portal messaging system. The nursing staff is also great. The front office staff in the past has been mediocre.

I've contact Beaumont several times to complain. Even talked to the office manager on numerous times. The rude office staff doesn't care and will forget to give messages to the Doctors. I have to take the entire off of work because I know it will take 3 hours at this office only to be seen for 20 mins. Only time you will get a return call is when another calls to speak directly to the doctor. I have a urgent matter and if anything happens due negligence. I will file a lawsuit.

Don't go to this place, because they don't care. All they are looking at is your insurance, and talk to you accordingly to the fact how much they can make on you. The doctor is rather mediocre type. It takes a week before they will call you back, meanwhile you can die from pain. Sty awn for that office!

Always a minimum of 30 minutes late even if your appointment is the 2nd of the day. Does not operate as a true PCP and review all reports from other doctors that were referred. Only addresses things you came to see her for and is not proactive with suggesting tests or injections or other things that would be helpful for your age and situation.

I would 100% percent recommend Dr Citron. She took time out to see with me and answered all my questions and concerns.. I'm finally so happy I found a wonderful Doctor.

No other patients in the office and wait time is still over 1 1/2 hours. Ridiculous and this happens ever time and she really has no respect for patients with small children. Time to change doctors

Dr. Citron takes care of ALL of you. She spends enough time to really get to the root of the problem. She takes pride in her job. She also is respectful of your time.
