Everything about my experience was great! The crew at the front desk was really nice, and efficient, even when it was pretty busy. They have a sign up saying that wait times might suck because of it being a specialist, but I didn't experience that on my visit. I was feeling weird about having to sleep overnight in a doctor's office, while hooked up to all of the wires/the machine. The tech, Melanie, was awesome though and I had no issues. Dr. Ranganathan is a breath of fresh air, he doesn't sugar coat anything. He just gives you the information straight, instead of the usual blowing smoke a lot of other doctors give. I've had my BiPAP machine for a little over a month, and while I do not like it still, it's much better than stopping breathing in my sleep!

Super unprofessional. My dad has a sleep study today and the doors are closed and the phones are off, called and confirmed location and time 2x yet we come to closed doors.

This is a teaching office, you see a resident, they confer and come back. I received a through exam and all my questions were answered

Doesn't matter your appointment time you will be waiting at least an hour even when there is no-one else before you. Then another 30 to an hour after being inside. If you need some prescription after seing the doctor add another 30 min in the waiting room after your appointment to get the prescription. I have been to the place more than 5 times and it always get worse. 👏🏾👏🏾

My aunt is legally blind, they refused to help her fill out her paperwork or let me come inside the building to help her. Absolutely disgusting people with nothing but hatred in their hearts avoid this place at all costs, it’s not worth it.

Everytime I have been here the wait to even go in the back is ridiculous. What's the point of a 3 pm appointment and not even going back until 430?? Complete hack of a place to go. Will not be back. Have given them to many chances. Would give zero stars if that was an option

I have never felt so good leaving a docotor appointment before. Dr. Ranganathan is phenomenal. He listened to my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. He was honest, genuine and supportive in ensuring that together we make the best medical decisions for my health and well-being. It's not common to find a physician willing to put you at the forefront of your own health decisions. Highly, highly recommend !
