STOP IF YOU WANT YOUR HEALTH TO GET MORE WORSE THAN IT ALREADY IS. THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU!!!!! If I can give them ZERO STAR I WILL!!! They wasted my time they are the worst and had my insurance deny my MRI because of how lazy they are. I had to call them every time to remind them they needed to do the prior authorization they are nothing but liars and lazy. They referred me to physical therapy and instead of them calling the physical therapy to get my visit reports to submit it to my insurance they just went and submitted that I had back pain without any proofs that I did physical therapy. THEY Do not have any common sense if you want your insurance to deny you from getting any kind of screenings do not go to this place. The worst place I've ever been to in my whole entire life. Front desk are so rude. You call them they answer as if they want to fight you or as if they hate their life. Management APRIL is even worse, she's no HELP WHAT so ever. this place should be called Michigan liars we'll make you feel the worse pain and spine. And oh I will be reporting to my Insurance the fraud they charged my insurance for a Telehealth appointment that I did not even have.

Called asked for appointment gave insurance info, they told me they'd call back never did, I called about 2 weeks later, after there 1 week they asked for, they said it was a month wait for an appointment, got transfered to new patient was told they don't take my insurance. Could've called me 2 weeks ago... and told me that

I can't get anyone to respond regarding my fathers records/treatment. Are you supposed to give steroids to a senior citizen without a prescription or documentation?

As a new patient, who has been treated at several pain clinics, I felt welcome and comfortable. Dr Perez and all of the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of pain management. The structure of their process is deliberate in discovery of the patient’s individual condition. I look forward to my continued care with Michigan Advanced Pain and Spine.
