Worst office for scheduling an appointment, ever. Period. The person was rude, unprofessional, irresponsive. I wish I could put zero for this office.

This place is a joke.if you value your life and sanity run don't walk. Staff and doctor is rude and unprofessional and blame the patients for their incompetence

Went to dr.Singla, with stomach problems since he did my endoscopy because I am barely able to rest solid foods due to severe bloating pain. And he wanted to know ",what do you want me to do for you?" Horrible staff, incredibly unprofessional and rude,I plan on filing a complaint to my insurance company.

Do not recommend this doctor for for all the reasons stated in the other reviews. Almost lost my life with a poor stint removal from Singla. Went to see him when I started to feel very poorly after the removal. He lacks communication skills. This doctor knowing I was having a real problem with the removal, should have sent me to the e.r. after I left him in his office. I went to the e.r. the following morning, found a major absess in the area of the stint. Long, awful story, but I ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks after that. Fortunately, from the excellent care from a surgical doctor, internal medicine dr. and a infectious disease dr. They pulled me through it, and saved me. I have changed to a new g.i. doctor.

Most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with, Dr Singla himself poor communication skills, if you’re not a fan of broken English speaking doctors, then stay away, he doesn’t listen and orders test after test to keep you returning for the same results. I’m going back to A real health system in Beaumont, Singla is just old and looking to keep his office afloat. As for his office manager, she is loud, obnoxious and blames the patient for scheduling issues, such as sending patient to wrong locations for test, failing to forward scripts for procedures and phone message clearly states office hours, which they don’t keep, 8am means 8am, not 9am, if it’s 9am then update your voice message hours and quit blaming the patient for so many calls and messages. There are much better gastrointestinal docs out there than Singla, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, I’ve given this man every opportunity to resolve my stomach and intestinal issues which he cannot help, I’m still having same issues and he has no answers, time to move on for me.

Terribly rude doctor, mumbles like he has a mouth full of gravel. If you try to ask a question he mumbles that you don’t ask questions he asks the questions. orders tests that I just had done even after I told him that just because he is Ascention not Beaumont, I’m not paying for the same test twice in three months. He fails to realize I’m paying for his Dr Don Rickles rude comments...I’m not going back ...ever! Do yourself a favor...avoid this clown!

I've had encounters with Laura regarding hanging up on me, not reordering my prescriptions properly, not scheduling my transportation and having to reschedule appts.Shes outright lied to me and about me to the doctor when I filed a complaint with BC/BS. She blamed Rite Aid for a prescription she said they filled wrong. I got a copy of the prescription she sent them, they filled it exactly the way she wrote it. Can't even imagine a person that devious working in a doctor's office with patients. I was a patient for 25 years, I'll seek treatment elsewhere.

Good, seems very thorough in his exams.

I went to 3 Gastro doctors that couldn’t get me in for a scope, or colonoscopy. I had lost a ton of weight, had no appetite, was weak, stomach pain that was unbearable. I went to the ER on 3 different occasions, they only gave me a shot for pain meds and sent me out. De Singla got me in right away, and found I had a bacterial infection. I had to take 2 antibiotics for 20 days, and am on Ulcer Meds. This bug ate away at my stomach lining and deposited ulcers in my colon. While I was being ignored or not taken seriously by all other doctors, he took me seriously and was very kind. I felt he really cared about me. He will be my forever Gastro man. Thank you Dr Singla...
