Tried to make an appointment for a quick ear pain checkup per my surgeons request. I was told that I needed to verify a lot of personal identifiable information over the phone just to make an appointment. I wasn't comfortable giving all of the information so I went on line and made an appointment for a couple of days before my surgery. Later that day, I was in the area and stopped into the DRs office to try and move my appointment up, just in case I had to cancel by surgery. The office manager Hollie said I must call in "per HIPA requirements", came out from the office area, came into the lobby and got in my face about Covid. I reminded her that I had all of my shots, boosters, had my mask on and that she was closer to me than the 6 ft distance limit. She lost it and told me that I was no longer a patient at her office and that she would cancel my appointment with Dr Carlton. Dr Carlton was watching this entire drama unfold and did not come out to try and help me deescalate.

Dr. Carlton is a wonderful doctor! She certainly is very through and caring with all generations. She also responds to any and all secure messages which is dedication!
