Dr Czapp and his staff are just the best. He always listens and always answers any questions I have !!! Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Czapp and his entire staff were more than competent and caring I do not ever recall getting such personal service. Dr, Czapp himself called me at home when he was changing my medication to explain it to me. On my first visit that if I had any health problem to contact them first and to avoid going to urgent care.. So unexpected in this day but most welcome I would highly recommend

As a plus-sized woman with PCOS, I have previously seen countless doctors who made me feel ashamed and defeated about my size and health complications. Dr. Czapp is great because he always takes the time to answer my questions, confirm my understanding, ensure my comfort with the care plan he recommends for me, and always makes me feel supported. I am very thankful to now have the compassionate and knowledgeable care team I need to help me manage my health concerns and no longer stress about going to doctor's appointments!

He is a perfect doctor that actually listens to you and supports your decisions on treatment. Does not push meds on you, and is open to diets like Keto to manage diabetes. Truly a gift.

I met Dr. Czapp when he offered his assistance to Romeo High School athletic department with physicals & covering sporting events (I’m the certified athletic trainer at RHS). He was so great with the athletes, I switched my entire family (80 year old grandpa, both parents, 21 year old sibling, and myself) to his primary care practice. He is wonderful with all ages. Extremely easy to communicate with. Great bedside manners. Flexible hours. Entire office staff goes above and beyond. The office is very easy to access. He provides options to help patients avoid having to go to an urgent care or ER for non-emergent problems, which I loved! I’ve worked with a lot of doctors in my career but he truly impressed me.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Czapp and his staff. I have two young sons who see Dr. Czapp and he's slways great with them. Always talks to them individually respectfully and spends time getting to know them as patients. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating and Dr. Czapp always gets us in when necessary. He treats his patients like family. Theres a very personal feel in this office that I missed in our previous pediatricians office. My sons love their doctor which is exactly what you want! I cant recommend this clinic enough!

Dr Czapp is seriously awesome. I went to see him yesterday and he solved my issue within minutes! His bedside manner is exceptional. In addition, every staff member was friendly and genuinely seemed to care that I was 100pct satisfied with my visit. I already referred multiple family members! This is a different kind of office, go see them- you will be so glad you did!

We are beyond pleased with Dr. Czapp. He is caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly-he listens to us. He is genuinely interested in us and our health and we feel that we are working together as a team. He makes our health his priority and has always been an advocate for us reaching our health goals. He also helped identify a medical condition our son has that countless doctors and specialists were unable to pinpoint. Our son struggled for years with extreme pain and was unable to obtain a diagnosis from older and more experienced medical professionals. Dr. Czapp took one look at him, and was able to give him direction and a pathway toward a true diagnosis. Our son is now able to avoid his trigger (NSAIDS), and will be able to avoid a life threatening issue moving forward. The office staff is wonderful-Julie and Kim are beyond awesome! They are helpful, cheerful and kind. They are also excellent at what they do. We plan to continue with Dr. Czapp!!
