Very fast and thorough, office staff were pleasant and receptive.

I was there before 10am for my 10am appointment. At 10:25 am they tell me they are having issues verifying my insurance. When I tell her my appointment was at 10 and ask why they are verifying insurance 30 minutes after getting my info and way past my appointment she told me that I was not the only patient and they were busy and it wasn't her fault my insurance was inactive. They refused to give me back my referral paperwork and consoled Janet for not being able to do her job. They also leave the window open when they verify personal information so all the patients in the waiting room are able to overhear. I am glad I saw the true colors of that staff before I started my treatment.

It took me an hour to get checked by Dr. Crawford and I only spent five minutes maximum with him. After that, the lady at the front desk just handed me a sheet of paper to schedule a CT scan without any information on what type of scan should be done and the problem with my knees. I felt rushed out of the building. When I went back to Dr. Crawford I asked him what I should do about my knee pain because I work a manual labor job. He raised his voice at me and said "I'm not giving you any note to get you off of work, I'm not giving you a knee brace nor am I giving you any medicine. I need to know what's going on so I can better assess you". Now, I don't know if it's because I'm young or that I am an African-American male but when you go to a doctor's office you wouldn't expect a doctor to tell you what they are not going to do for you when all you asked for what advice on what should you do. He handled that very unprofessionally and I did not appreciate the tone of voice that was used. I went to Google to find a trusted knee specialist and he was the first person to pop up with 4.5/5. I feel deceived and felt like I would be doing an injustice to myself and anyone else who planned on going to Dr. Crawford. Especially for those who look like me.

Did the stem cel procedure to the hip today. Can’t speak much of the outcome yet but the staff and Dr Crawford are great. Wish me luck.

I have been seeing Dr. Crawford for 21 years and I know that he is an excellent doctor. Not only has he given my many knee shots but he fixed my right knee that had to be fixed by another doctor whenI had a brief period when I did not have the insurance that he took. The first knee surgery was very bad and it was harder to redo my knee than just do it the first time. The good doctor has also helped my husband time and again. Not only is he all I said, but he does listen to his patients and does nothing until he understands them. The doctor has a great sense of humor also. I really like and respect him. I recommend him to anyone who needs Ortho help.

Dr. Coleman performed my knee replacement 8 yrs ago. He did an awesome job. So just last week he gave my husband a new hip. He’s still recovering but we were very happy with Dr. Coleman’s office and hard work.

Dr Crawford diagnosed me quickly and fixed some problems that had bothered me for years. Everyone in the office is super helpful and professional.

Nice office. We were seen promptly. The doctor and all of his support staff were very professional.

Dr. Crawford was very nice and understanding of my thumb arthritis and me wanting to get my functionality back in my hand. All the office staff was very caring as well.

Dr Crawford was wonderful in regard to my hip replacement. He was very pleasant and really took time during each of my follow up appointments.
