Eric C Makhni's Online Review Report Card

I had Dr. Makhni do my shoulder surgery, he was a very nice doctor and seemed very knowledgable. After I finished my physical therapy 6 months later I still had daily pain in my shoulder. I went back to him for several visits telling him about the pain I was still having, pretty much told me everything looks great. Almost 4 years later I still have daily pain. Still can't even sleep on that side. My bicep feels good but my shoulder still hurts. It's a possibility that the last MRI missed something and It wasn't his fault. Just wish it was fixed the first time around.

Dr. Makhni was awesome. Our son is on a college scholarship for baseball. He is a left handed pitcher. Sadly, he tore his UCL and required Tommy John’s surgery. Now 5 months later he has started his throwing program and is his way to being back on the mound next spring.

I saw Dr. Eric Makhni a year ago because physical therapy had not helped my range of motion on my left shoulder at all after 3 months. Dr. Makhni did Bicep tendon relocation surgery and cleaned up the bone spurs in my left shoulder on February 19th, 2021. Additional physical therapy with the surgery has led to my having full range of motion in my left shoulder that I hadn't had for over 10 years in my left shoulder. I can now do a full push-up all the way down to my chest just a 1/2 inch above the floor and recover which I hadn't been able to do for over 15 years. Having Dr. Makhni do the surgery was the best decision I ever made. His skill as a surgeon and his support after the surgery has led to a better outcome then I actually believed possible.

Dr. Makhni was extremely personable and helpful. I have already shared his name and contact info with two friends who are suffering from tennis elbow, A well run office with no wait time,

Dr. Makhni did an amazing job with my surgery. Him coaching me through pre and post surgery, put my mind at ease. He made me feel secure, that what was to come was going to be a long road and made sure I stayed on top of my healing process. His knowledge and him being through was all the more reason why I was happy with the surgery and my healing process. I also appreciated his friendly nature, he made me feel like I was one of his good friends.

Had surgery and would have Dr. Makhni do it again. Had a great experience and I am pain free.

Dr. Makhni, is an awesome Doctor. He listens to you throughly and he cares about how you feel. I had to have Right Shoulder Surgery after therapy didn't work out for me. He explained the procedure and about how much time it would take to recover. He assured me that everything would be alright. The surgery was successful and I am so happy with my results. I had a right torn rotator cuff tear and my shoulder froze locked up. Frozen Shoulder they call it. Thanks Again Dr. Makhni, for doing such a wonderful job. After following your instructions and finishing therapy I now have my full range of motion back and no pain.

The care and service I received from Dr. Makhni's office was exceptional. I had surgery on 3 torn hamstring muscles and the next day my pain was gone. The care from the hospital and his team were outstanding. Highly recommend Dr. Makhni.

Dr. Makhni has been great. You can truly feel that he loves what he does and he is amazing at it. He makes you feel completely comfortable and is very professional. I’m so grateful we found him.
