Henry Ford Neurology - West Bloomfield Hospital's Online Review Report Card

My recommendation, if you guys have any issues with you're spine or your family members have any issues find a different doctor out-of-state, these doctors are very incompetent. I had a doctor at Henry Ford. Did the surgery 2 months later? I am in so much pain. He dismissed me and he told me, I don't want to see you no more. These doctors will write anything on your chart. They will lie on your chart. Go out-of-state, find the best surgeons you can find in the United States and go there. Don't go to any michigan doctors

Been taking my dad here over 7 years and they have accomplished nothing. Very disappointed that all they want to do is run tests and take his money but they haven't found any solutions. Now, after several years, the procedure that could possibly fix him isn't an option because they say he's too old now.

Had back surgery in 3-2025 Dr. Seyfield. Was wonderful.

We attempted multiple times to contact this pediatric neurology office as a new patient and never received any return calls. When you’re seeking care for a child, responsiveness matters. I truly hope their existing patients receive better communication and follow-up than we experienced. I would caution any concerned parent to contact another provider, we had luck with Children's.

Do not go here for migraine care. They do not take migraines seriously. I’ve been to several neurology offices over the last two decades and this is the worst. I’ve seen two different doctors and an NP at this clinic for migraine. The NP ordered blood tests and when the results came back the office could not provide explanation for why the test was ordered in the first place. They do not provide adequate plan for care of migraine attacks - either preventative or at the time of attack. Between reception, nurses, and doctors it is very difficult to get consistent communication from the office. Most people at this clinic seem annoyed that they have to help you.

Henry Ford West Bloomfield is not where you want to be for Neurology. You're lucky if Dr. Goldzer even speaks to you , let alone explains your condition. Go anywhere else.

Our Northern MI Provider tried to speak with one of the Neurologist about their own patient that was in our office and having an urgent issue. After being transferred multiple times and not being able to reach anyone at the office, I have now been on hold for 20 minutes just waiting to speak to a person. Very poor care. One of the front desk staff hung up on my provider.

It’s very sad when you have a hospital carry good name with bad employee and unprofessional Rude and unpleasant attitude . Nurses walk in with not fully reading the Patient report Because they’re too lazy about it . Every single person from aids , nurses doctors, other employees from different department Got to explain From A-to-Z about the patient and still they make mistakes . The care is very poor sadly and looks like people life is not important to them . They do poke several tries until the Patient lose it.they don’t care if the patient got food in the system or not . You call them they don’t come right away, they give un Necessary medications . These things needs to be more regulated to the above to get better results for our community.

For being a part of a large hospital, this particular area have very unprofessional employees. I've waited 2 weeks for a return call. Every time I call I sit on hold waiting for a receptionist for a minimum of 10 minutes. Then they don't speak clearly and mumble into the phone and are useless with information.

What a joke of a hospital. It’s almost like they care more about their conveniences than the actual humans that need medical help. Been here 2 times mind you, an hour drive. Had a zoom call with my doctor, then paid up their little $200 fees just to have none of my medical forms signed as promised and turned away at the SOS because of horrible malpractice. Stay away from this place. They haven’t done shit to help me figure this out and I’ve been attempting for 2 years
