Great overall experience! Walking in the front desk staff was very welcoming. I had a signature facial and chemical peel with Deanna and she was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very thoroughly. My skin is looking so smooth already. I’ll definitely be back very soon!

Been to VIO Spa about 4 times now. Walked out more beautiful each time! Nurse Brooke has been my go to person since the first time I went. She’s incredible! She’s gentle, considerate, and overall does an amazing job! My last treatment was subnovii and Brooke did such a great job, I barley felt anything other than a little discomfort. I’ve heard it’s so painful, but I guess Nurse Brooke has the magic touch! Highly recommend. Very professional, caring, and great place. Can’t say enough good things!

I love the staff here! Anytime you walk through the door they are always friendly. I go to Shauna for all my services - she is very understanding of all the treatments and all of my skins needs! She’s calming and truly care about her work and clients

I can't say enough good things about V/O Med Spa and their wonderful team! And if you're looking for someone to take care of your skin, Shauna is the esthetician you need to meet. She's not just passionate about skincare; she's genuinely caring. Shauna takes the time to really understand what's going on with your skin and treats it (and YOU) with so much care. I am always glowing after my HydraFacials with Shauna!

I absolutely love Shauna and VIOMEDSPA West Bloomfield. They’re very welcoming as soon as you walk in and flexible with appointments times. Shauna is very understanding, knowledgeable, gentle, and overall an amazing aesthetician and person! I receive the HydraFacial, which I love! I’ve seen improvements since I’ve been coming monthly and plan to continue going!

Great experience with Deanna, she was super kind and did great work! I highly recommend getting a facial done with her and going to VIO med spa for their other services such as their IV drips! 5 stars!!!
