These are people who turned away a 91-year-old blind woman because she didn't have picture ID with her (how may blind people carry around their drivers' licenses with them?)! Absolutely uncaring office staff; I had no idea that such heartless people existed in the medical profession. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule the appointment, as if I would even consider going back to an office that had so little empathy for an elderly blind woman and her caregivers who had great difficulty getting her to the appointment in the first place. If I could give negative 5 stars for this office, I would!
