Dr. Keenan is great. The office staff is horrible. With a minimum of six girls behind the counter plus however many I can't see one would think someone could return my xvcalls. I have been using this office for a few years and never observe any form of professionalism from the staff staff. The "patient portal is a joke.

Dr Kernan is an excellent urologist! I have been his patient for over 10 years and feel very confident that my health is being looked after by a very competent doctor. He does not rush through the visits and explains carefully any aspect of my health that concerns me. The staff is very efficient and I have never needed to wait for him to get to me. I highly recommend him!

Scheduled procedures for me with out discussing them with me first. Brought an observer into a procedure where I was stripped from the waist down without getting my permission. I was humiliated beyond belief!!! I filed a complaint with LARA.

I have known Dr. Kernen for many years. He has helped me through Prostate cancer and I am doing well today thanks to him. He actually saved my life. I highly recommend him for all Urinary concerns. He is so positive and has more confidence in his ability and that is why some reviewers feel they need to hear more from him. Well, he explains everything. You must ask questions, and you will be satisfied with his expertise. Believe me, he is so good. No wonder he heads the Troy Beaumont Hospital in Urology. I have been seeing Dr Kernen for several years, he and his staff are very professional, there is never more than a few minute wait, the make you feel comfortable in sometimes awkward situations, I glad I found Dr Kernen.
