Dr. Lyons is the absolute best!!! I have seen several psychiatrists in the past and none have made me feel as heard as Dr. Lyons, she personalizes my treatment to my needs. Lakes depression center is second to none! Thanks to Dr. Lyons, her staff, Spravato, and DBT I went from being suicidal on disability to going back to work full time and enjoying life! I never thought I was going to smile again or feel joy again, but here I am killing it!

Horrible doctor….do not ever go to her. She abandons her patients when they need her the most and does not make any effort to fit them into her schedule to see them. I was basically forced to see a different provider because she did not have any available appointments until April of this year and made zero effort to fit me into her schedule when it was very urgent. She also had me stay on a medication which caused me to gain over 50 lbs because I was constantly hungry all the time and would not listen to me when I told her it was making me gain weight. She said it was “helping me”. Horrible doctor she does not belong in the medical field. Zero compassion and basically she had no time for me in her busy schedule, which is pathetic. If a doctor really cares about her patients, she will make an effort to fit them into her schedule. I frankly don’t understand how she got any positive reviews. Horrible doctor.

Disappointed I have been a patient of Dr. Lyons for several years and she has been very helpful for the most part. What disappoints me the most is that I feel she has too many patients and I feel that I am not a priority. I requested to be seen as soon as possible as it was a very urgent matter and was told that she did not have any available appointments until April of next year. This to me is unacceptable. When a patient has something urgent that comes up, she should make herself available and make an effort to squeeze the patient in to be seen. Instead, I had to book an appointment with a different provider who had a sooner appointment. Very disappointing to me and unacceptable. This should not happen.

Top notch Doctor I have been seeing Dr Lyons since 1999. She has me on medication and working with an effective therapist. She definitely has kept me stable. I am honestly thankful to have a caring, innovative, very knowledgeable of her field and combination med therapy doctor. I have had Spravato treatments & it works well for my depressive episodes of my illness.

Dr Lyons is absolutely the best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen. I’ve been with her since 2004 and have never been disappointed. I like the fact when we talk she is typing in her computer what’s going on with me at least she’s listening. She is kind to all patients. She has our welfare above all else we all mean something to her personally. She responds to emails immediately she doesn’t leave you hanging. She now offers Spravato treatments which is helping hundreds of patients. She is always getting involved in the latest therapy out there that she thinks is safe for her patients. I would highly recommend Dr Lyons is a real gem.

Tried to call the office and left a message and nobody answers or return the calls.

I've been seeing Dr. Lyons for almost a decade now. She has always provided the best care, as well as her staff. If there are any side effects due to medications, e-mail her and she will respond relatively quickly. She really knows what medications is best for the patient, and when changes need to happen. She's been doing virtual visits for over a year now, so before COVID even began.

All ways in joy my visits to lakes wither it be Dr. Lyons or with Therapist Terrie Browing. These 2 women have really help me through some darkness in my life and I'm seeing Light. Thank you so much.

Dr Lyons is very compassionate and listens to you. She is helpful with paperwork.
