Dr.Jamwal and his nurse are wonderful, kind and caring. It looks as though the front desk is managing multiple doctors which has lead to many mistakes concerning my care. The personality of front desk leaves you feeling almost guilty about making requests. The clerks fail to understand that they are working for not only the physician but for the patient, as my insurance is part of their salary. I am returning to my previous doctor, who is a 2 hr. drive away because illness is hard enough without having to navigate through billing error, prescription hold ups and unacceptable attitudes. Dr. Jamwal if you ever reopen your own practice...with your nurse....I will return. Thank You for your care!
