Jennifer laughed at me when I was having difficulty doing a task. My spinal cord injury affects my motor control and I have numbness in my feet. I told her it wasn't funny.not very caring or supportive

When doing my assessment I stated I have p.t.s.d. Jennifer asked me from what? Is that part of her job description? Laughing at me when I had difficulty doing a task due to poor motor control and numbers. Telling me, without asking how long I've been using hand weights, that I get lighter ones. When I asked for a resistance band because my old ones were wearing out, she stated I'd have to wait so she could demonstrate how to use them. Even tho I've had 5 rounds of pt, she didn't ask how I used them. Treating me like I have no knowledge about. Not professional. Walking around talking to people instead of helping me physically with the tasks. Smh

The staff is very professional and caring. Shujat, my primary PT provided excellent services to expedite my recovery and an easy to follow home plan. The facility is very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this facility.

I have just completed many months of physical therapy for a broken humerus. I am so impressed with Athletico Westland! I have been to other places for PT for other issues and this is, by far, my favorite and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The staff was knowledge, friendly and efficient. Jennifer is an excellent physical therapist and I have relied upon her knowledge to answer my questions throughout my recovery, I trust her! My arm is now fully functional for all activities that I need or want to do; it's great progress from where I was at the beginning of treatment. I hope you never need this service but if you do, go to Athletico Westland, you won't regret it!

It b better they had one person work on you .there's a guy he pulled the tendent in my arm on my last day .you ask for report they don't give it all to you .my last day ain't n my report.

I went through eleven weeks of PT the first time and four weeks a second. Going back to the Westland location a second time speaks as to my confidence and approval of the treatment I received. Jennifer Holland is a great therapist and leader. She is always up and energetic. And she has a great laugh. Helped make the atmosphere much lighter (as we go through pain). I feel better after 20 mos of pain. Shujat is a real pro. Everyone involved is supportive and helpful. I will, if necessary, go back.

This is a house of miracle workers. Everyone is so compassionate and proficient at their job. This is the first thing to bring me relief for my hips and SI joints. Highly recommend!!!!
