There aren’t enough words to adequately describe how wonderful Dr. Ghioto, Dr. Kreiss, Kenisha, Crystal, Jennifer and the rest of the staff are.What I love about Covenant Community Care Westland and the staff:- You’re treated with respect and dignity.- They involve you in your healthcare decisions.- They LISTEN.- If you have mental health diagnoses they respect your needs, and do their best to help accommodate them.- They have sliding scale fees, so no matter your income, you can receive treatment.- It isn’t hard to book an appointment.- They have an amazing patient portal where they actually respond to messages. You can request refills online, ask questions, review your visit notes, etc.- No long waits. If there is a delay, they inform you. If there was, I wouldn’t complain because I wouldn’t want to be rushed out of the exam room. Which they’ve also never done, rush me.- Haven’t had any billing issues.- Reception is friendly and polite.- Kenisha is an A+ blood drawer. I hate needles, and sometimes I barely feel it.Honestly, CCC is everything I hoped for in a healthcare provider, but was told I could never have.Also, I’m a real patient. I’m not employed by them, and I wasn’t paid for this review. ~Sonnet Gothro
