PURE NEGLECT!! My Grandma was there for 10 days. When she returned home, the NIGHTMARE she experienced was revealed. Her teeth hadn't been brushed, her tongue was swollen to the point she was unable to eat or drink and She has a severely infected and open wond from sitting soiled for a prolonged period of time. You call that caring for our loved one? There is no circumstance, to justify why this would happen under the care of medical professionals. The staff didn't notify anyone of any changes that could indicate she had declined, wasn't doing well. My Grandma (96 yrs old) has lived through a lot of things in this world. I cant imagine how depressed and unworthy she must have felt. Depriving her of basic human decency! Its taken four days for her to decompress enough to be responsive. She still has been unable to eat a hot or solid meal. Your doors should be closed and your licenses revoked!

My grandmother was there for a month or so and our family experienced the same exact thing as mentioned below from another former resident's family-- "The people were nice, but they did absolutely nothing to help my dad rehab wise. Then sent him home in no condition to go home. He ended up in the ER in worse shape 2 days later. Seemed like they just didn't want to deal with him."My grandmother's rehab that was prescribed did not prepare her to go home. My grandmother was sent in as a rehab patient. She fell 3 times or more. They sent her to emergency (transport). We believe she fell the day before her discharge date and right now I am writing you in ER because on her first day home we discovered her hip is dislocated again. Yes, the people are nice but this place is the pits. They ordered a walker but she really needed a wheelchair. They also had a covid outbreak during her stay. We are so disappointed.

Horrible place that I spent a month at for rehabilitation...understaffed..slow to meet any of your needs...stuck me out in the hall for three different days from 4 to 10pm....said thta i fell out of bed...which I did not!

Who says they don’t have time to change sheets for a person who is forced to use a bed pan?? This is after they had to wait 4 hours for someone to finally come in. This person can not get out of bed. She’s in there for rehab from a hip surgery. Very understaffed for the patient care that is needed. I do have to say that not all staff is horrific, there are some nice caring people there. But not 24/7 good care!

Watch your belongings: Laundry sporatic, my mom's brand new belongings were "lost" or "stolen". Environmental Director Vincent provided zero assistance and never returned our calls.Food: I heard from other patients that the food is better than it used to be... as both of our family members dined on Wendy's. enough said! If I could rate a minus score, I would. #DefinitelyUnhappy

Very clean facility. The people that work here are very welcoming and pleasant. My grandmother is 100 years old and I am very pleased with the care that is given to her by the staff. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to place a loved one in a home. They will definitely be cared for.
